Reporting to Senior Director, Paid Media you will create impact within our Paid Search Team , within the Paid Media. We take pride in working with some of the biggest brands and as Google's global partner, we provide the right technology, strategy and training , setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute to our global Paid Media team consisting team members with expertise in all forms of Paid Media campaigns including Programmatic, Search, Social, Connected TV (CTV), Digital Out of Home (DOOH). At Jellyfish, we are committed to encouraging professional growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
• Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers
• Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and Indicators.
• Manage the production and Monitor them , presentation of client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards
• Collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to lead solutions for our clients
• Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices and methods
• Support our culture including following established ethical and brand standards
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all new formats, technical solutions, and projects.

Reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team. You'll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across large accounts. ,

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the appointed digital partner to ensure processes, frameworks and KPIs relating to Paid Social are up to date following the growing use
• You will work in partnership with directors and heads of other departments and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas.
• You will work with the data, planning and other media teams to understand how Paid Social integrates with other media formats and channels.
• Work with data suppliers and other 3rd party data experts to contribute to data visualisation and presentation.
• Interrogate and identify opportunities to build better Paid Social media plans and processes, working in collaboration with appointed digital partners to agree on the best approach.
• You will ensure all work is QA'd and completed to the highest standards.
• Design, deploy and manage basic to advanced campaigns on the different social networks in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns for members of the same team
• Participate in the development of Paid Social media strategies which address the objectives of the client and will enable us to achieve their goals and KPIs
• Ensure that audits and research are utilised to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies
• Work with internal & Client Service teams to assist in the smooth implementation of work
• Lead key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the social team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant
• Analyse the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
• Provide Social Media training to our teams and clients.
• Produce client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in – social media, analytics, online marketing, E-commerce and online consumer behaviour.
• Work in collaboration with other media channels.
• Build logical and audience focused media plans.
• Lead the campaign strategy, researching potential marketing channels, analysing competitors, and adopting a test & learn approach.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.
• Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.

Reporting to our VP Paid Media, the Paid Media Manager will work with our appointed digital partner and take accountability of the performance of paid media campaigns. These responsibilities are further broken down below:

• Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on multiple paid media platforms, including DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, in addition to performing or assisting in validation/audits on campaigns of the same team.
• Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
• Help develop Paid Media strategies, including Programmatic and Paid Social, which address the goals of the client and will help us achieve their goals and KPIs.
• Ensure that audits and research are used to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies.
• Work with internal and Client Service teams to help with the smooth implementation of work.
• Lead key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the paid media team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns. Produce reports and studies that explain the rationale for optimization methodologies throughout campaigns.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and social landscape to ensure delivery of the best campaigns.
• Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.
• Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis, and, above all, strategic insights.
• Manage the daily relationships with wider account teams, advertising partners, and colleagues.
• Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid media campaign execution. Support the wider team to improve their understanding of paid media. Share best practice and knowledge with wider teams through lunch and learns, or other learning opportunities.
