As a Retail Media Executive, reporting to our Retail Media Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting media performance and account growth. Your primary responsibilities will include campaign activation and optimization, data reporting and insights, and assisting in client communications for various retail accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Management & Optimization: Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (with a focus on Amazon).
• Support the Retail Media team in ensuring the accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
• Conduct daily campaign tasks such as builds, pacing, optimizing, and reporting to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in generating reports that highlight campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of campaign goals and objectives.
• Comfortable working on EST working hours(night shift ) remote.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Daily Manage digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals
• Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on the different search engines networks in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns of the same team
• Analyse the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change to exceed client expectations and Indicators.
• Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
• Work with internal and Client Service teams to support the smooth implementation of work
• Work with Paid Search Directors to develop paid search strategies

Reporting to our Analytics Director, you will create impact within our Martech Capability. We take pride in our collaboration with Google on the Analytics product and our work with some of the largest advertisers in the world, setting us apart in the industry.

You will work with a team of implementation experts and will design and deploy data collection strategies, document implementation plans and guidelines, implement tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools and ensure data cleanliness and reliability.
