We are now looking for an Operating Theatre Assistant / Attendant to support the functions at our Day-Surgery Centre

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

• Prepare and set up Operating theatre (OT) before surgery
• Handling and assembling of positioning accessories for surgery
• Handling of TV system, machine, and equipment.
• Position and Transfer of patients
• Clean and Mop OT after surgery
• Perform weekly cleaning and scrubbing of OTs
• Terminal Cleaning after infectious surgeries

Qualification / Work Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least minimum ‘O’ level certification
• Basic communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Previous experience in Day Surgery setting is an advantage

1. Migrant Worker Clinic (9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm on Saturday).
2. Urgent Care (night) Clinic (6pm to 12mn Monday to Friday. 1pm to 12midnight on Weekends, and/or Public Holidays).

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

• Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
• Patient care support, such as taking of vital signs.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor during consultation.
• Booking of appointment in the system.
• Alert and rectify duplicate patients’ records in the system.
• Collect deposit if required.

• Generate bill estimation form. Assist in financial counselling when required.
• Advise patients on Medisave / medishield / private shield / corporate guarantees and to obtain signatures on the relevant forms.
• Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.

General:

• Registration/data entries to clinic apps/system

EHS Routine:

• Publish the EHS report via the clinic system
• Prepare a weekly report to HQ

EHS Biophysics:

• Perform ECG/Spirometry, and parameter measurement (vision test, height, weight, BMI, Fats measurement, etc)
