Job description: Full set account works including ledger preparation and payroll, such as MPF and documents to IRD Be the key person to liaise and keep relationships with banks; perform bank movements and transactions, issue cheques for payments, monitor bank balances Prepare I/E reports, cash flow, budgets, and other financial reports, charts etc for various analysis Work closely with auditor, develop annual audit schedule, and provide all reports and documents needed for annual audit Keep track of and monitor outstanding donations Assist in other ad hoc projects Job Requirement: Diploma holder, LCC&I level 3 or above or equivalent. Excellent knowledge and practical experience in accounting. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience. Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and work well in a small office environment Responsible, mature and has integrity. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Basic Putonghua is preferable. Proficient in MS Office including Chinese word processing and Excel. Experience in non-profit organization is a plus.
