Introduction

This role is to provide effective leadership to drive a systematic approach to risk identification, mitigation and safety management through engineering solutions, communicate and mentor other engineers on site-wide Safety policies and processes and compliance with all local environmental, health and safety laws.

Your Job

• Conduct the necessary risk assessments and workplace Safety and health training of other engineers and employees to enhance their safety and health knowledge and technical capability;
• Supervise and conduct the audits of departments, contractors, suppliers and waste vendors in conjunction with other functional partners and stakeholders and follow up corrective actions. Coordinate audits related to ISO14001/45001, Responsible Business Alliance, Regulatory and Customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain Safety specifications, standards and programs including but not limited to process safety, accident and injury prevention, Safety inspections, emergency preparedness programs, MHI/PSM, regulatory licenses and permits, compliance, targets and objectives.
• Recommend and implement engineering controls, operating procedures and other methods to eliminate or reduce hazards affecting Safety and health.
• Maintain EHS-related systems including chemical management, gas detection and calibration, permit-to-work, management of budget / contract / schedule / troubleshooting and personnel as required.
• Investigate and follow up on incidents and any Safety concerns and identify trends and analyses for preventing the recurrence.
• Maintain existing and creating new workplace Safety and health systems and communication to improve workplace Employee engagement within EHSS aspects.
• Ensure requirements of the applicable regulations e.g. Employment Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, Regulations, Fire Safety Act, Radiation Safety Act, etc. are adhered to.
• Improve the execution of respective emergency preparedness plans and response teams’ training to address the likely types of emergencies that may occur at the site.
• Support site operations for the Safety and Emergency Response Department.

Introduction:

As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Analyst, you will support in the definition and alignment of digital aspirations among Fab leadership. In this role you will support in the collaboration, consolidation, refinement, and refreshment of Butterfly portfolio of use cases (source: bottom-up, outside in). Job Summary

Working in the COO Office, the ideal candidate will support the management of the cadence, systems, and metrics that drive operational excellence for the Global Operations organization, also including managing and keeping track of the status of the operational risks within GF Operations. Introduction

This role is to support in establishing and improving the site-wide Safety policies, procedures and coordinate their effective implementation to identify potential hazards and risks of injury, ill-health, property damage or business interruption. Furthermore they are to assess and prevent unsafe work exposure via hazard elimination or mitigation controls in the operations.

Your Job

• Implement programs and monitor compliance to local Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Security legislations as well as GlobalFoundries’ EHSS programs for employees, contractors, suppliers, vendors and visitors.
• Promote safe conduct of work via EHS policies and procedures awareness of GlobalFoundries employees, contractors, vendors and other visitors
• Conduct site-wide Safety audits; create and follow up corrective and preventive actions as necessary to support the goal of zero non-conformity.
• Develop and conduct EHS training programs within specialty areas as necessary.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess their applicability and impact, and recommend compliance measures.
• Support and implement corrective actions for legal Non-Compliance issues when required to do so.
• Responsible for Safety programs including but not limited to accident and injury prevention, emergency preparedness programs, compliance, targets and objectives.
• Perform or support risk assessments, Job Hazard Analysis and / or Pre-task Plans to mitigate potential risks to human health and environmental issues.
• Manage and maintain IH programs (e.g. Hazard Assessment, Monitoring and data analysis, Ergonomics, Personal Protection Effectiveness, etc.)
• Work with Occupational Health nurses and Company’s doctor to assess exposure risks/health management protocols and procedures.
• Support daily Safety and Emergency Response operations in a semiconductor environment including area inspections, equipment evaluations / Safety controls review, incident investigation, high risk permit review, sign-off and auditing, Safety Committee Meeting support, Contractor Safety aspects, Risk assessment review, Emergency Response / Preparedness aspects, Audit support, and other tasks as assigned or necessary.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• A technology-related Bachelor’s degree / Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety with a minimum of 1 year of related experience; or a Master’s degree in a technology field
• Strong preference for those with experience in developing, implementing and maintaining proactive, environmental, health, safety and/or industrial hygiene programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and agency practices are also required.
• Professional certification in environment, health, safety or industrial hygiene preferred.

Introduction:

We are looking for a dedicated person to join the team in providing the best-in-class HR services to GF employees in the APAC region. Your Job:

• Manage work pass new applications, renewals, cancellations and documentation support relating to in-country immigration and MOM requirements, including but not limited to dependent pass application, 6ME, medical reports and billing, MOM GIRO bill payment and MOM levy claims.
• Provide end-to-end administrative support including (but not limited to) preparation, communication and update documents in the system for contract workers for extensions, terminations, contract resignations, long service awards, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields.

Summary of Role: The candidate will be based at our Singapore office reporting into the Global Accounts Receivable Lead. The role will incorporate the full collection, cash application, credit management and raising of billings globally. This will be a permanent role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible but not limited for the following tasks:

• Review customers account regularly to ensure credit exposure is understood and controlled
• Conduct regular credit assessment and analysis within the established guidelines for new and existing customer regarding extension of credit, credit limit and payment term related
• Support the weekly/monthly cash forecast activities and ensure cash forecast target is met from month to month
• Keep track the validity date of Parent guarantee and bank guarantee, take appropriate actions to ensure the renewal is completed on time.
• Liaise with Planner, Customer Support team (CSR), Customer Business Management team (CBM) and Account Manager (AM) for shipment release/ on-hold preparation work
• Perform Credit Release or to makes recommendation to the higher authority to assist on the decision for credit release
• Support internal and external inquiries related to the AR and Credit issues
• Support the monthly related AR and credit control report to meet the SOX control, internal and external audit requirements
• Monitors the accuracy of customer data in accounts receivable database to assist in collections activities

Education/Experience Required

Summary of Role:
The Principal Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to global compliance standards and accurately reports on financial incentives and recovery initiatives. This candidate will work across the organization to understand key business issues and devise actionable strategic recommendations with supporting financial analysis. This position will also serve as a critical pivot in advancing our global strategy for managing business information related to subsidy programs.

• Support R&D Financial Roll-ups and timely month/quarter closing. Includes coordinating and preparing accounting entries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
• Coordinate with various teams across GF to support Incentives & Recoveries
• Act as the central figure in a global structure to ensure that all business information pertinent to subsidy programs is meticulously captured and integrated daily
• Develop and oversee a systematic approach to managing incentives data regarding GlobalFoundries' extensive business activities, ensuring organization and accessibility.

Your Job:

• Preparation of quarterly current and deferred tax computations
• Support corporate tax accounting function and tax notes preparation for financial statement disclosure purpose
• Preparation of computations/memos to support incentive reporting to statutory boards
• Involve in income tax returns preparation work for mainly Asia Pacific entities which include Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan
• Provide support in corporate tax planning and advisory
• Provide support in other tax aspects (e.g. country-by-country reporting, withholding tax)
• Monitor the introduction of new tax legislation to ensure compliance with these new legislation
• To make use of technology such as Alteryx/Power BI for data collation/presentation purposes
• Handle ad hoc tax related projects as assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy or Taxation or professional qualifications recognized by ICPAS
• 1-3 years of experience in taxation discipline in a Big 4 public accounting firm or a combination of Big 4 and MNC industry
• Background in Singapore corporate tax compliance, experience in handling tax incentives is an added advantage
• Strong accounting background/experience with accounting systems preferred
• Possess ability to process huge data sets and make use of new technology tools to simplify process
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, strong business/commercial sense, team player, result-oriented with high levels of drive and initiative
• Effective workload prioritization and meeting of deadlines
