• Well organised
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Independent and trustworthy

Duties :

• Prepares and manages correspondence, licenses, permits, reports etc
• Prepare and submit workers' salaried timesheets
• Raise worker insurance forms, worker training forms, and follow-up on work permit renewals
• Perform vehicles and machineries documentation
• Perform office administration duties
• Keep proper record of correspondences
• Assist the Director/HOD
• And any other duties assigned

Requirements :

• N'Level/O'Level/ Certificate in Administration courses or its equivalent
• Well versed in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
• Able to work independently
