We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to join the dynamic investment team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the investment team, playing a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars for assigned team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Assist with travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Draft and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) for the investment team.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, screening inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Conduct basic research and data entry as needed.
• Assist with project management tasks for the investment team.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or executive assistant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and courteous interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating needs and seeking solutions.
• Knowledge of the private equity industry a plus.

• Work closely with marketing to organise business development and thought leadership events (both in-person and webinars).

• Identify upselling opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the corporate and fund service industry.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Our Client, a global offshore law firm is looking for an experienced outsource accountant to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts.

• Preparation of management reports, annual reports and reporting packages.

• Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits

• Supervise and correct the work of junior accounting staff

• Liaise with HQ, external auditors, clients and internal staff.

Qualification:

• Recognized degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification like ACCA.

• Strong knowledge of SFRS and GST

• At least 5 years of working experience handling multiple full set of accounts in an outsourcing firm.

• Supervisory experience is a strong plus

• Good experience in addressing and resolving challenging audit issues raised by auditors.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Comfortable in handling difficult clients from different background and industries.

• Team player, meticulous and deadline-driven

• Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
