• Coordination and arranging with customers for collection and deliveries
• Preparing of documents for customer orders and follow up
• Preparing of documents orders with vendors for orders and follow up
• Quotations / invoices for customer requests
• To follow up and quote customers for services requests
• Preparing and maintaining company's reports, orders, inventory and fixed asset records;
• Updating of invoices to accounts
• Coordinating with sales personnel in placing orders and follow up
• any other duties as assigned by the company
• 5 days week
• 9am to 6pm working hours
• Near to Machperson MRT

• Providing support for services to clients
• Providing on-site training / services and remote support to customers
• To create customer orders based on the designs provided
• Timely, accurate updating of Service report upon receiving services enquiries and completion of services provided;
• Any other duties as assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Higher Nitec;
• Required Skill(s): Working knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, IT skills will be preferred
• Possess creativity, good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accomplish assigned responsibilities;
• Team player with a high level of initiative, multi-tasking, and disciplined.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing application support for sales and services to clients and our staff;
• Supporting the sales team on the samples
• Any other duties as assigned by the company.
• Assist to manage the entire design process from preparing concept to final artwork according to artwork within deadlines
• Liaise with associates to ensure the artworks meet their requirements
• Visualize, design and conceptualize
• Conceptualizing ideas, work on graphic, 2D or 3D to create an wow factor for client

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia equivalent;
• Basic experience in graphic design
• proficient in working knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD, CorelDraw
