Job Description
Our Finance Department has a team of professionals that strive to create value and automation within our company. We encourage the use of “best practice" at work, strike a balance between “control" and “efficiency".
Responsibilities: Provide daily clerical support to Finance department Handling payment and bank reconciliation Check sales & receivables and assist in month end closing Perform administrative duties e.g. retrieving coupons, filing sales memo, photocopying, posting mails or outdoor duties if needed
Requirements: F.5 / DSE graduated or above Experience in accounting duties or administrative support would be an advantage Independent, detail-minded and well organized Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing Flexible working schedule from Monday to Friday during office hours (approx. 15 - 20 hours per week according to your preference) Office Location: Tsim Sha Tsui Immediate available is highly preferred
