- Manages several strategic resource management programs and conducts complex budget and position management analytical studies to assist senior management with making critical decisions for the strategic management of human capital.
- Ensures that agency’s workforce strategic goals are met through the development of resources management
forecast modeling, capacity planning, and that forecast modeling aligns with the agency’s strategic management of human capital goals.
- Develops, analyzes, and formulates departmental requirements for positions and workforce management planning systems to support resource allocation targets throughout the Department. Leads the Department-wide FTE evaluation and alignment committees.
- Plans and executes projects to develop new or revised regulations and policy documents, and prepares companion guidelines, briefings, position papers & decision memoranda. Provides advice and assistance to staff at all levels of the organization.
- Performs the full realm of supervisory responsibilities through subordinate supervisors and team leaders. Plans work to be accomplished, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work and projects.
