Monitor Sales and Order Operation
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Set a clear mission for Purchase Order movement and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports for CRM, Opps, Open orders, Invoiced MTD, Incoming PO in accordance to BP / prognosis and host sales meetings
- Involve to and resolve related projects, planning, optimizing, and controlling of the result to increase sales productivity
- Supervise payment term and invoicing process for smooth cashflow
- Clarify for Internal and External Audit
Supervise Logistics Coordination
- Timely resolve all issues and requirements regarding to Customs audit, Conformity certificate and other customs clearance matters from Authorities
- Plan and monitor inbound, outbound deliveries
- Manage shipping route and timeline as well as handle all incidents from unloading point to local deliveries
- Review and approve local logistics and transportation cost
- Set up the target shipments for VN Log team
- Be in charge for Transfer Price topic, clarify face to face the different price to Customs
- Optimize transportation cost and transit time, cost management, claim and warranty process
- Direct Demo stock storage, cycle counting and scrapping
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and regulations
- Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Work with other stakeholders to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
