Roles & responsibilities –
Pre-selling, Innovation and Acquisition Strategy:
-Man-mapping: Identify key players, opinion leaders and decision makers at customer end
-Define pre-selling strategy: Aligning Technology roadmap with customer vehicle roadmap
-Customer strategy manager: Define mid-term and long-term customer strategy [target segment, target domain ,target product & target pricing & business model]. Responsible for customer experience index.
-Business opportunity analysis, Competitor bench-marking, value comparison and perform overall gap analysis.
-Overall Acquisition planning, management and execution. Aligning business case for all acquisitions w/ GCT and PRM and execute commercial targets.
- Competent execution of acquisition milestones and business case as per quotation guideline & EBIT targets inclusive of special revenue agreement at business acquisition
Commercial Management:
-Automotive market prognosis: Assess market trends, customer trends, market volume planning and customer growth planning for account growth.
-Business planning & Forecasting: Bosch business potential planning [long term] inclusive of market volume planning,: T/O forecasting, budget forecasting, special revenue forecasting and ensure tracking of business plan & realization to fulfill targets.
-Lead and manage commercial and contract management topics like periodical adjustments of RMI ,FX , PCR , ECM-/RPP , ECI measures.
-Lead and conclude customer specific contractual documents like GPA, NDA, Warranty and special agreements.
-Identify key stake holders, leaders & decision makers internally/externally across all domains, and devise respective engagement strategy to improve the customer experience index.
Program management :
- Represent as Lead – Program management (Vehicle level) & SPOC as cross domain lead for project management & execution for customer
- Deploy and execute proficiency of project management across domain representation from 2WP at Customer.
- Management of workload, HC availability and cross domain expertise
- Ensuring headcount planning, and availability of adequate resources for successful execution of projects & contingency planning
- Cross Domain training and development for PJM resource group
- Define competency development roadmap and training for PJM’s
- Operational excellence: Cross Domain
- Responsible for achievement of Program/ Project objective and targets (Time, cost, specification, budget, profit, scope, quality & procurement) at account level including escalation and issues/ conflict resolution if project targets are jeopardized.
- Review management across internal and external stakeholders, Product change management .
- Risk management, launch management, FMEA, Quality management.
- Monthly tracking of Project budget (cost, HC, Capacity), CSS, SE (basis for overall GCT CSS, SE).
- Acquisition support: verification of the customer specification, involve the relevant departments and generate deviation list during quotation phase.
- QGC validation: Detailed plausibility checks (including PPC, logistics, sample, tooling, application and calibration costs).
- Tracking and realization of special as per contractual agreement inline to internal framework
- Responsible for Process compliance, process adherence and developing project management maturity within CIN.
