Promote and sell automation product, system and services to a group of customers (SI, End-user, OEM) through distributors or direct sales:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Chinese Speaking) Series Support Engineer to join our team. As a Series Support Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with Chinese partners and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product design, quality, and functionality, as well as providing technical support to various departments. This role requires fluency in Chinese, excellent engineering knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Chinese partners and suppliers to ensure timely and successful implementation of engineering projects, adhering to Bosch business and technical targets.
• Maintain the state-of-the-art product design and ensure product quality meets functional and requirements specifications.
• Provide engineering support to production, purchasing, and sales departments, including risk assessment, problem-solving, and engineering change requests.
• Represent engineering work in steering committee meetings and act as a technical interface for internal and external customers regarding series production topics.
• Analyze validation reports and perform data analysis for product and component release.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, test engineers, production, purchasing, and suppliers to develop technical solutions based on requirements, utilizing existing product and component portfolios, and initiating the development of new variants if necessary.
• Coordinate or lead a team to develop solutions using design tools and methodologies such as LHPH, FMA, FMEA, DRBFM, 8D.

System Engineer is the core position, responsible for requirements development and system architecture in an assigned Engineering Project.

• Requirement Management/Development (Including Elicitation and Analysis).
• Analysis and breakdown of system requirements into disciplinary requirements (SW, HW, ME, Application etc)
• Define System Integration and Configure System Parameter
• Define Verification Criteria for system requirements.
• System level problem analysis and define technical solution for system defects

- Developing design solutions within defined concept taking into account material, manufacturing and economic aspects.
- Creating and monitoring design schedule
- Performing design calculations, examining costs and tracking
- Developing initiative concepts and ensuring feasibility

• Set up the action plans in order to achieve the target of key performance indicator in responsible area.
• Plan/Follow competence training need required.
• Set up and revise the working flow processes and working steps to align with all related standards e.g. Bosch, Customer, TS16949 etc.
• Follow up 8D report with supplier with priority with quality and lead time.
• Monitor the results of key performance indicators and take the additional actions (if necessary)
• Implement "supply on'' and global tool for 8D report.

Leading the improvement for achievement KPI' s Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and driven Quality management to achieve target of 0-km complaint, IDC (Internal Defect Costs), Capacity, DIO (Digital Input Output), RPP (Rationalization of Products and manufacturing Processes) activities, projects cost reduciton, tooling cost, MOC (Machine Operating Costs).          

3. Responsible for BPS activities e.g., System CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) 4 cycle per year focus topic improvement align business plan and fulfill myMeasures , VS-PDCA in system and BPS-M2 (Bosch Production System) assessment level 2+.

1. You will be responsible for service and after-sales support of the electric drives and controls portfolio, including repairs, field service, spare parts and service contracts of electric drives, motors, and controls by providing best-in-class service to our customers based in Thailand.
2. Work with customer’s engineering and maintenance teams to develop turn-key system solution for various applications that include servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, linear motion systems and other Bosch Rexroth automation solutions, proactively offer and promote retrofit kits/modernization solutions.
3. Perform technical analysis of machine and application requirements and select best suitable products/solutions including electric motors, servo drives and auxiliary equipment (sizing, selecting, applying, hands-on support). Demonstrate key product capabilities and advantages to customers, generate examples how-to based PLC code for communication with HMI, drives and provide startup assistance.
4. Prepare and provide product workshops, trainings, and presentations for customers (both internally and externally)
5. Able to work at Bosch Rexroth Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong, work at office 5 days and sometimes support on site for service jobs

3. Understand and apply legal structure know-how of countries in regulation research. Apply understandings of legal and technical content of regulations to document in databases and to derive requirement. 

4. Collarborate with local and international teams to close potential gaps in working processes and methods.
