Cyber Security Regional Sales Manager/ Head Hunter

Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for Cyber Security Products and Solution Sales and Account Management (primary)
• Experience in Cyber Security Sales to address client needs with appropriate Cyber Security products and services.
• Experience in identifying, qualifying and closing new accounts; Renew and expand business with existing customers
• Work closely with our inside sales, pre sales and delivery teams to create and manage a strong pipeline of new businesses in both existing customers and new prospects
• Understand and articulate the value of Cyber Solutions and other solutions under Avensys to Managers, Directors and CISOs, CXOs capitalizing on the business objectives of each
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with our existing client base and our Software Partners
• Qualify and forecast deals accurately and meet sales targets consistently
• Grow and maintain a deep and wide set of contacts across all lines of business and industry

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions to high-level executives with last few years in Cyber Security area
• Minimum 3 years experience in selling Cyber Security products & solutions; Ability to learn new products from sales view
• Experience working as a Head Hunter in Singapore market
• Should be ok to do cold calling/ email Campaign
• Preferred: If he / she has cybersales experience in Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, UAE and UK.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills; Ability to prepare proposals, tender submissions and quotes
• Process-oriented sales approach, including strong lead generation experience, conduct workshops, forecasting, negotiation and analytic skills
• Well versed with providing RFI & RFQ for government Bulk tender.

Release Manager

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership (design, define and deliver) of the Core Banking platform release management.
• Run the monthly demand management forums with Project Directors, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and Delivery Guild
• Identify technical skills and resources required for kick-off of projects delivery. From Environments Provisioning Team, c Coordinate with DEV SET BAU Guild Functional Leads for resourcing.
• Perform the Scrum Master role (where required) and lead the EMT PRJ Support Environment Provisioning team in their sprint deliveries.
• Ensure the deliveries are adhered to standards and processes related to infra setup, application deployment and data safety..
• Collaborate with project team members from various domains to monitor, develop, execute project plans associated with project content.
• Manage multiple work-streams concurrently and effectively resolve issues or conflicts.
• Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner by using a variety of formal communication channels.
• Deal with all project-related escalations and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve in a timely manner

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 12 - 17 years of experience and out of which, minimum 5+ years of release management using JIRA in CORE Banking.
• Managed Finacle 10.x/11.x and multi-countries and OPEN systems production environment.
• Good knowledge in various cloud supporting technology technologies to support the infrastructure
• Hands-on Experience in Finacle Application (Core Banking) Server Capacity Monitoring and Optimization.
• Good level of command over production Infra; performance monitoring and reporting tools.
• Good working experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana/Kibana, AppDynamics etc.
• Ideal hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Shell/Python scripting.
• Good Hands-on experience in PAAS (Platform as a Service) and not limited to AWS, Pivotal, OpenShift.
• knowledge on CI/CD tools, flow mechanism other supporting tools with project implementation experience.
• Knowledge on on API Message, Queue handling and Caching Techniques most likely on Kafka and Redis.
• Working Experience on any microservice platform mostly in Banking.
• Ideally Site Reliability Engineering principles regarding performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting in Production environment.
• Perform at the highest level of competencies like: Achieving Excellence People Management Solution Driven Relationship Innovative Purpose-Driven.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to stretch role in depth/width.
• Should be well-versed with latest Finacle and technology trends.
• Good experience in running automation and service improvements experience.
