About the Opportunity
At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our community. To help us achieve this we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Utilities Operations team. This role is located at Clearwater Centre, Clearwater Crescent Port Macquarie. The successful candidate will be responsible for manning the reception desk and providing administrative support to the wider operational team. The Utilities Operations Group looks after our water, wastewater and waste operations, ensuring these essential services continue to be provided reliably and efficiently to our community 24/7.
To succeed in this role you will have:
Demonstrated recent administration experience
Excellent customer service
Great written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail
Organised and proactive team player
