Job details
Project Managers plan and manage the delivery of projects. Our federal client requires a highly organised, dynamic Project Manager with excellent communication skills who is outcome oriented to take responsibility for the planning and implementation of highly complex ICT infrastructure and capability projects.
**There is 1 position available that requires TSPV clearance and 1 position available that requires NV2 clearance.
Key duties and responsibilities
Take full responsibility for leading and managing activities for planning, development and implementation of projects and systems to meet organisational requirements

Advise and ensure improvement and enhancement of organisational project methodologies
Lead and manage capability lifecycles of systems development or enhancements
Plan, initiate and manage procurements to support program and organisational requirements
Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes
Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms; project financial management; change control and quality reporting
Coordinate project resourcing according to priorities
Identify and manage project/program risks and issues


Technical skills

ServiceNow Change Analyst SFIA level 6 (Contract, EL1 - EL2)

Provision of Specified Personnel on a time and materials basis in the following role: UX Designer SFIA 6, to undertake tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following:

The Department is embarking on a programme of work to move Information Technology and corporate workflow solutions from its existing legacy systems to ServiceNow. The Department requires an independent and proactive Change Analyst to support the development and execution of organisational change management plans for this transformation program. Working with the Program OCM lead, you will play a key role in helping to shape strategies and plans; creating artefacts and engaging stakeholders to support adoption of new processes and system. To be successful in this role you will have:


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent coordination and time management skills
Experience in creating content, including communication artifacts, infographics, and presentation packs
Experience in engaging with varied stakeholder groups and teams. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and help manage change management workshops and activities to support the OCM Lead to achieve on-time program outcomes.
Collaborate with Internal Communications team for cohesive messaging and within organisation guidelines
Collaborate with the OCM Lead to develop change management artefacts and tools
Collaborate with the project teams and change specialist to plan and deliver change impact analysis, and change activities
Help undertake impact and readiness assessments, and document key changes to processes and practices, in consultation with subject matter experts, utilising relevant change management tools


The specified personnel may be redirected to assist or work on other projects/activities outside of the branch of initial assignment.

Successful candidates will have experience in delivering CRM solutions; either Salesforce, Seibel or both.

Senior Microsoft .NET Developer
Overview of Proposed Services.
The Microsoft .NET developer will design and develop web/desktop applications, web services, and batch jobs using C#, .NET framework and SQL Server. In collaboration with in-house technical staff, the .NET developer will implement enhancements and resolve complex application issues.
The candidate will excel in a high tempo work environment and will be able to balance several key priorities and projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest levels of quality in the work being delivered by the team

Primary Technologies

C#, Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, Azure DevOps, Dynamics CRM.

Key duties may include, but are not limited to

Create software and technical designs for the realisation of complex Microsoft .NET and Dynamics CRM solutions
Technical analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activities
Lead the release and ensure go-live production support and maintenance for the teams developments
Review and prepare reports, briefs and corporate documentation and communicate technical findings and recommendations
Analyse and identify functional/business shortcomings in the software and effectively communicate with the team on the same
Execute independent code reviews and execute unit tests on the developed modules
Stay up to date with the newest technologies and security measures to keep web applications at the latest standard


Candidate Selection Criteria
Mandatory Criteria

Minimum 4 years' experience in C# programming and .NET framework development within complex IT environments (large private organisations or federal government agencies)
Minimum 2 years' experience with ASP.NET web-forms, MVC and SQL Server development.


Weighted Criteria

Relevant qualifications (Tertiary or Certifications in .NET, Dynamics, or Azure)
Experience with design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
Experience in developing custom Identity solutions that interfaces with Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Microsoft Entra ID
experience with DevOps practices, tools, test-driven development
Experience with Dynamics 365 and or PowerApps
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation

The CIO Division provides a range of enabling services and operations delivery to the department and to Australian businesses and are seeking experienced and motivated Automation Testers to assist with the delivery of various ICT projects across the division.
The Grants Platform Section is an initiative-taking and driven team within the Digital Services for Business Branch in the Chief Information Officer (CIO) division. The Grants Platform section delivers support, sustainment, and enhancements for the Business Grants Management (BGM) System. The BGM system enables digital delivery and management of business grants programs to Australian businesses, organisations, and individuals.
We are looking for Automation Testers who will:

Develop and extend a complex suite of automation tests in C#.
Execute, monitor, and report on the automation tests and record defects.
Use Azure DevOps daily for managing user stories, test plans, source control, and release pipelines.
Contribute to the testing strategy and support the implementation of automation testing best practices.


Be a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team using agile and traditional delivery methods.
Promote web accessibility and test for conformance to web accessibility guidelines.


Candidate Selection Criteria:
Essential Criteria:

Extensive programming experience with C# & .NET for large complex codebases that follows industry best practices and design patterns.
Experience writing automated regression tests for web applications using browser-automation frameworks such as Selenium.
Experience in producing test artefacts and contributing to test strategies. Experience with agile software development in a cross-functional team.
Demonstrated knowledge of web accessibility and testing to guidelines such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Demonstrated ability to express yourself clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable criteria:

Experience in developing automation tests for Dynamics 365 using Easy Repro.
Experience with distributed performance and load testing.
Experience with integration automation tests into CI/CD processes.
