- Incumbent provides guidance to applicants, the public, and interested parties on program
procedures, policies, and requirements for submitting applications
- Identify and develop training needs to facilitate maximum program participation.
- Works with State Office Business Program Director to schedule and identify priorities related to program.
- Coordinates program outreach and technical assistance services with staff helping identify opportunities to help constituents benefit from grant program and activities.
- Ability to utilize Rural Development automation data systems, reporting systems, spreadsheets and other automated analytical software.
