We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Management specialist to join our Group HR team to support the recruitment needs of the Group through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Work Location
- Jurong East (5 minutes walk from MRT station)
Responsibilities
- Full process of the recruitment cycle
- Liaising and working closely with hiring managers / directors to understand their recruitment needs and develop the adequate talent acquisition strategies to meet these needs
- Identifying manpower recruitment issues with viable proposals on recruitment initiatives to meet the desired outcomes
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate portals, sourcing from talent search databases and social media, etc
- Participating in career fairs, internship programmes, and other recruitment projects
- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates which may include conducting interviews; arranging and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers / directors
- Follow-up on job offers and compensation & benefits terms with shortlisted candidates
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate adaptability in understanding the nature of work of all the different functions in Facilities Management and of the other businesses of the Group, so as to be able to recruit effectively
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline; Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a Human Resources major is a distinct advantage
- Good understanding and knowledge of Singapore labour laws and fair employment guidelines
- 2 years or more proven experience in a Human Resource role with recruitment responsibilities is a distinct advantage
- Strong in written and verbal communication, and Office / HR software suites literacy
- Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
- Results-oriented, organised, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
