The CDM Program is managed within the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, CISA/Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C)/Network Security Deployment (NSD) Division, responsible for enhancing the security, resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. The DHS CDM Program mission is to safeguard and secure cyberspace in an environment where the threat of cyber-attack is continuously growing and evolving. What You’ll Get to Do:

• The CPT Analyst Role will be chosen between one of the following roles: Master Host Analyst (Microsoft Windows), Master Host Analyst (Linux), and Master Network Analyst.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Relevant Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in any combination of cyber technology, cybersecurity, offensive cyber operations, penetration testing, coding/scripting, vulnerability assessments, network/system administration, or related fields.

What You’ll Get to Do:

A Cybersecurity Analyst with a technical background will work with a team responsible for IT Security Risk and Compliance by providing direct support to the Information System Security Officer (ISSO). A Cybersecurity Analyst will support the IT Security management with technical review, technical solution proposal, and planning in the areas of security controls, risk assessment, issue analysis, and response development and execution.

More about the role:

• Perform root cause analysis of audit findings.
• Develop requirements for security control remediation activities.
• Review audit closure requests and status reports for security control accuracy and completeness.
• Develop plans to address gaps in the General Support System’s security posture.
• Develop security recommendations following NIST 800-53 rev.5 guidance and security best practices.
• Support the development of security solutions.
• Formulate, create, and track security Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Coordinate with platform teams to maintain currency of the system’s technical description and control implementation statements.

You will bring these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least two (2) years working as or supporting, an ISSO or ISSM.
• Experience with information security engineering practices and NIST security controls.
• Demonstrated experience with implementation of NIST Risk Management Framework.
• Broad understanding of security protections typical in enterprise environments, including security hardening, firewalls, and boundary/endpoint best practices.
• Basic understanding of server, workstation, network, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS and best practices.
• Familiarity with Splunk, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Tenable Security Center, IBM BigFix and IDS/IPS tools, and Sonarqube.
• Knowledge of security policy/manuals, and other guiding policy documents.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fluent with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Active/current Top Secret clearance is required.

CACI has an immediate opening for an Operations Service Request (OSR) Project Coordinator. You will play an active role in working with the OSR Manager and Project Managers to perform and complete small-scale to large-scale assigned projects in support of BCTFs and OSRs. You will work directly with other groups in the Defense Information Security Agency’s (DISAs) Joint Service Provider (JSP) environment to ensure that projects are coordinated and completed within agreed-upon due dates.

• Site surveys including testing port activity and collecting wall plate, MAC addresses, and other information needed to submit 5Es, as well as collection of asset information (serials and DKCA)

CACI is seeking a Functional Analyst/PPBE Manager to join a highly diverse team of technical and functional experts at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and FT. Belvoir, VA. This team supports multiple division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services.

In your role as a Management Decision Package (MDEP) analyst, you will be responsible for one or more MDEPs managed by the Army G-6 and support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for the Army’s IT portfolio and the Army’s network modernization efforts to deliver timely, trusted, and shared information for the Army and its mission partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

• Possess and maintain analytical and technical skills necessary to review technical products, conduct mission analysis, and propose solutions, via deliverables, that contribute to operational concepts and into relevant solutions.
• Provide SME input to deliverables, meetings, and various responses to queries from senior leadership, DA staff, and Army stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for revisions to existing documentation including project plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation, key management strategy options, Configuration Management (CM) strategies, working group charters, Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and other documentation required to support government missions.
• Assist with staff coordination, planning support, technical analysis, solution/policy development, and independent assessment/analysis of Army initiatives and other collaborative efforts.
• Provide input on tasks and initiatives and coordinate with Army Enterprise Network and DoD initiatives.
• Gather, develop, share, and effectively use knowledge for assigned functional areas in support of division activities.
• Maintain functional area content, records, and disseminate information and documentation.
• Serve as SMEs supporting Government Program Managers, MDEP Managers, and Mission Areas for operational maintenance requirements in support of existing, planned, and other technological initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and use key points of contact across the Army in order to support HQDA G-6 in dissemination, tracking and coordination of Staff Actions, contact lists and daily operations as required.

• Provide support to activities that include implementation of capability sets, establishment of initiatives, oversight of IT requirements determinations and evaluations, and development of Army wide strategies.
• Provide support to Army processes, assist and coordinate with Government Technical Leads (GTL) regarding identification of requirements, development of capabilities leveraging existing technologies and/or programs.
