CACI has an outstanding opportunity for select Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analysts that want to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their talents and experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment in support of US Special Operations Command.  The opportunity is limited to those that have the operational and technical experience, and skills to effectively apply geospatial practices in support of real-world operations.  You will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial team that is directly part of the operational planning cycle to support mission success.  This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization located in Fayetteville, NC. 

More About the Role:

You will perform full spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets in support of global real-world operations.  You will be required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present analysis products from creative analytical techniques in an operational environment.  You will use their technical expertise and experience of Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery to support the operational customer. You will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that requires both team interaction and individual efforts.  You must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership. 

Specifically, the Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible to fuse mutli-discipline intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysis in direct support of multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations.  You are the interface to the operational elements to ensure the operational commander’s goals are accomplished through the synchronization of the geospatial enterprise.   You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers.  You will work the full spectrum of the problem set utilizing advanced geospatial capabilities and techniques to complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand your knowledge and understanding of operational application of geospatial practices with multiple disciplines.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• TS/SCI
• Shall perform advanced level geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis in support of Special Operations missions with regional and point analysis products to support Find Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze Targeting methodology
• Have 6 years of progressive experience with operational and tactical level intelligence performing complex and timely geospatial topographic, and imagery analysis of ground feature and remotely sensed data, to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence, or geospatial systems
• Shall be proficient in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
• Shall possess a broad understanding of collection processes and management
• Performs geospatial processing and develops new methodologies to solve complex tactical intelligence problems

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Proficient in integrating with other intelligence disciplines
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of how geospatial techniques are used to support the Find Fix Finish Exploit Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle

CACI has an opening for a Senior Budget Analyst to perform budget formulation work, budget execution and administration.   In this role, you would be the point of contact for guidance on budget related information. Under limited supervision, carry out assignments using your best judgment to resolve regularly encountered work problems.  Use common budgetary methods, automated systems and computer-generated products to accomplish assignments.  As the “go-to” person, you can expect to frequently interact with supervisors, technical subject matter specialists, management/program analysts, personnel management specialists, and other budget and financial analysts at various levels.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Serves as the senior financial analyst and staff financial advisor to the PM FPS Business Manager. 

• Assists in administering a complex annual budget; receiving, processing, and allocating funding as well as managing financial execution and preparing financial reports.

• Reviews, updates, and maintains the financial data necessary to track current and prior year acquisition program funding portfolios and monthly O&O plans for all programs of record within the appropriate financial system. 

• Tracks actual performance in financial databases (i.e., CCARS, STANFINS, ODS, GFEBS, SOMARDS, DTS, ALTESS, AE2S) and other electronic end-of-the-month financial execution reports to plan and update information. 

• Compiles templates required to track program financial data/documentation (i.e., funding appropriated, obligated, and expended for each Program of Record, Quick Reaction Capability, and other applicable project efforts). 

• Conducts in-depth financial analyses of programmatic impacts resulting from proposed technical changes to systems, equipment, and components (e.g., acquisition strategies, contracting methodologies, programmatic schedule adjustments, etc.). 

• Develops POM and budget year documentation (i.e., IOB, prioritization lists, functional support agreements, Spend Plans and Unfunded Requirements (UFRs). 

• Attends financial working group sessions to maintain awareness of DoD fiscal policy and develop a greater understanding of current and emerging policy. 

• Updates and maintains program budget exhibit submissions semi-annually (or as directed).

• Provides initial execution data, analysis, and updates in support of mid-year and program reviews. 

• Works in conjunction with other financial analysts to research appropriate DoD fiscal laws, policies, guidance, regulations, statutes, and best practices in order to identify risks and develop alternative approaches to address assigned issues and challenges.

CACI is looking for an experienced SAP BI/ BW professional with experience in SAP HANA Modeling and BI/BW. Must have experience in Data Modeling, Data Visualizations using BEx, ETL Processes and good analytical skills to support ongoing enhancement, operations, and maintenance activities for our federal government clients.

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM

• Previous experience in an Agile/ SAFe development environment.  Certification is a plus.

The CAGS program is responsible for performing analysis of the full spectrum GEOINT assets by maintaining expertise in all associated tradecraft; including Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infra- red (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, analysis and modeling, and general intelligence analysis. You will develop, assess, review, analyze, and make recommendations concerning GEOINT capabilities, system requirements, development, personnel, communications, logistics, and other functions deemed necessary by the TTM; ensure Government GEOINT community is kept abreast of emerging technological developments that enhance the Army’s ability to leverage GEOINT. Familiarity and expertise with all national, theater, and commercial GEOINT collection assets to include Aerial Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms is required to provide input on GEOINT collection strategies for supported commands/agencies as required, including the effective use and integration of GEOINT in multi-INT collection plans.

As the Senior Information Security Engineer, you’ll support software and systems engineering and interoperability engineering technical services to support the Government customer in their PDSS and PPSS mission for worldwide customers, including Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and their Project Managers (PMs) and Project Directors (PDs), Headquarters Department of the Anny (HQDA) and its components, and other Department of Defense (DoD) elements. The customer supports several Programs of Record (PORs) with all aspects of software sustainment services and in the future will support additional new programs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for and/or involved with the following:

• Identify information protection needs for the Network Environment (NE).

• Define NE security requirements in accordance with applicable IA requirements (e.g., References (b) and organizational security policies).

• Provide system related input on IA security requirements to be included in statements of work and other appropriate procurement documents.

• Design security architectures for use within the NE.

• Design and develop IA or IA-enabled products for use within a NE.

• Integrate and/or implement CDS for use within a CE or NE.

• Develop and implement security designs for new or existing network system(s).

• Ensure that the design of hardware, operating systems, and software applications adequately address IA security requirements for the NE.

• Design, develop, and implement network security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.

• Design, develop, and implement specific IA countermeasures for the NE.

• Develop interface specifications for the NE.

• Develop approaches to mitigate NE vulnerabilities and recommend changes to network or network system components, as needed.

• Ensure that network system(s) designs support the incorporation of DoD-directed IA vulnerability solutions, e.g., IAVAs.

• Develop IA architectures and designs for DoD IS with medium integrity and availability requirements, to include MAC II systems as defined in References (b) and systems with a medium Level-of-Concern for availability or integrity in accordance with Reference, and other DAA designated systems.

• Develop IA architectures and designs for systems processing SCI that will operate at Protection Level 1 or 2 as defined in Reference (tv).

• Assess threats to and vulnerabilities of the NE.

• Identify, assess, and recommend IA or IA-enabled products for use within an NE ensure recommended products are in compliance with the DoD evaluation and validation requirements of References (b).

• Ensure that the implementation of security designs properly mitigate identified threats.

• Assess the effectiveness of information protection measures used by the NE.

• Evaluate security architectures and designs and provide input as to the adequacy of security designs and architectures proposed or provided in response to requirements contained in acquisition documents.

• Ensure security deficiencies identified during security/certification testing have been mitigated, corrected, or a risk acceptance has been obtained by the appropriate DAA or authorized representative.

• Provide input to IA C&A process activities and related documentation (e.g., system life-cycle support plans, concept of operations, operational procedures, and maintenance training materials).

• Participate in an IS risk assessment during the C&A process and design security countermeasures to mitigate identified risks.

• Provide engineering support to security/certification test and evaluation activities.

• Document system security design features and provide input to implementation plans and standard operating procedures.

• Recognize a possible security violation and take appropriate action to report the incident.

• Implement and/or integrate security measures for use in network system(s) and ensure that system designs incorporate security configuration guidelines.

• Ensure the implementation of NE IA policies into system architectures.

• Ensure the implementation of subordinate CE IA policies is integrated into the NE system architecture.

• Obtain and maintain IA baseline certification appropriate to position.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other Engineering or Technical discipline with an Information Security or Cyber Security Concentration.

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Seven years of professional experience, appropriate computing environment certification, and IA SYSTEM ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER (IASAE) SPECIALTY qualified in accordance with standards spelled out in DoD 8570.01-M and the Army Information Assurance (IA) Training and Certification Best Business Practice, corrected 6 Aug 2010

• Prior experience in design, development, implementation, and/or integration of a DoD IA architecture, system, or system component for use within the Network Environment (NE) experience.

• Must have the ability to ensure that IA related IS will be functional and secure within the Network Environment and consequently the System of Systems environment.

• DoD 8570/8140 IAT-II certification

Note: Experience can substitute for college degree provided the person has BOTH the relevant experience AND is fully Information Assurance (IA) certified in accordance with AR 25-2, Information Assurance, and the associated best business practice for IA Training and certification (IA Training BBP).

CACI has an opening for a Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract to support Navy clients at CNAP N412, NASNI, Coronado, CA.
