職責：
- 處理客戶詢問並提供銷售人員的報價。
- 根據報價和信用證、D/A、D/P、T/T 和 COD 付款條件驗證客戶的本地（馬來西亞）和出口銷售訂單。
- 處理運輸文件，例如。最好核實客戶的採購訂單、發票、裝箱單、提單、MITI 原產地證明、保險和 ERP 系統知識。
- 處理馬來西亞和新加坡交貨的本地運輸商/貨運代理商。
- 與出口貨運代理/班輪公司就出口貨運的運費和船舶預訂進行協商，並驗證這些服務提供者的發票。
- 協助銷售人員取得查詢、出貨安排和其他銷售相關查詢的資訊或回覆客戶的電子郵件。
- 協助銷售行政經理與生產、倉庫和質檢部門聯絡，確保銷售訂單的及時交付。
- 準備每月銷售報告和年度預算報告，並在每月銷售會議上展示。
- 與內部部門處理客戶投訴，並向客戶回覆我們的發現和糾正措施。
- 監控客戶付款並跟進未付款項的客戶。
- 支援銷售部門執行銷售管理任務，並根據需要擔任 ISO9001/14001/45001/FSSC/RSPO/NSF 的 5S 檢查員、內部審核員。
要求：
- 必須具有至少5年的員工相關經驗與監督經驗
- 必須具備與高階管理人員溝通的能力。
- 具備良好的英語寫作和溝通知識
- 國際工商管理或銷售相關領域的學士學位。
