4. Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pelanggan, vendor, dan instansi pemerintah terkait.
5. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam kegiatan impor.
6. Menyiapkan Perhitungan PIB, mencari HS dan bertanggung jawab untuk kebenaran dan kelengkapan proses dokumen.
7. Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mitra bisnis.
8. Monitoring email, monitoring pekerjaan PIB team serta berkomunikasi dengan Overseas Agent dan Customers.
9.  Menyiapkan serta mengirimkan quotation untuk Import Laut & Udara kepada Overseas Agent dan Customers

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:

• Responsible for providing a prompt response to all calls for vehicle transportation requests received from the Deputy Operations Officer, current customers, and Army, Air Force, and Joint Staff protocol office.
• Relay information to the Operations Officer or Senior Dispatcher on status and progress, along with causes of delays, overall work operations and problems.
• Review vehicle status and assign the appropriate vehicle to a transportation request.
• Utilize the Ground Transportation Dispatch System (GTDS) for all missions which maintains requirement of all scheduled submitted and approved trips.
• Prepare, issue, and review trips tickets for accuracy and completeness.

Salary Information: The salary range for Arlington, VA (DCA - Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport) is $51,099 to $63,004 or $24.48 to $30.19 per hour and includes locality pay of 33.26%.

Sign-on Bonus: The Transportation Security Administration is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 for this location; paid out in two installments during the first 12 months of service. The amount of the airport's sign-on bonus is subject to change or elimination based on operational needs, however, any applicable sign-on bonus amount will be communicated and agreed upon during the final job offer process.

This Transportation Security Officer position is located in Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Officer (TSOs) within Security Operations (SO), you will provide security and protection of air travelers, airports and aircraft in a courteous and professional manner. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Operating various screening equipment and technology to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers, and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft.
• Performing searches and screening, which may include physical interaction with passengers (e.g., pat-downs, search of property, etc.), conducting bag searches and lifting/carrying bags, bins, and property weighing up to 50lbs.
• Controlling terminal entry and exit points.
• Interacting with the public, giving directions and responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining focus and awareness while working in a stressful environment which includes noise from alarms, machinery and people, crowd distractions, time pressure, and disruptive and angry passengers, in order to preserve the professional ability to identify and locate potentially life threatening or mass destruction devices, and to make effective decisions in both crisis and routine situations.
• Engaging in continuous development of critical thinking skills, necessary to mitigate actual and potential security threats, by identifying, evaluating, and applying appropriate situational options and approaches. This may include application of risk-based security screening protocols that vary based on program requirements.
• Retaining and implementing knowledge of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, demonstrating responsible and dependable behavior, and is open to change and adapts to new information or unexpected obstacles.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following:

• Provides support for the General Motor Pool (GMP) and/or Executive Motor Pool (EMP) by operating leased and/or GSA by operating leased passenger carrying vehicles, including sedans, station wagons, minivans and/or cargo vans, and ambulances as assigned equipped with manual (standard) or automatic transmission.
• Operates one-half ton 12 to 44 passenger carry all and 12 to 45 passenger buses to transport authorized personnel on official missions.
• Drives a 15 to 44 passenger bus or similar vehicle with either manual standard or automatic transmission.
• Involved in Ceremonial Bus transportation support for the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and high-ranking officials.
• Provides official executive transportation support for the Executive Motor Pool (EMP).
• Provides safe and efficient transportation for customers throughout the National Capital Region.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following::

• Operate panel trucks, carryalls, handicap van and 15 - 36 passenger buses.
• Drive a 15 to 36 passenger bus or similar vehicle with either manual (standard) or automatic transmission.
• Support special events such as Ceremonial Bus Transportation Support for the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and high-ranking officials with the Department of Defense.
• Provide special transportation for the Medal of Honor ceremonies, that are usually conducted at the Pentagon or the White House which may require overtime.
• Receive the Motor Equipment Utilization Record and verifies information such as authorization signature and correct vehicle registration number.
• Operating a vehicle over predetermined routes and arrives/departs from pick-up points and discharge points at scheduled times.
• Checking authorized passes on all passengers before allowing them to enter the van or bus.
