·Tracking and maintaining smooth running of freight process.
·Accurate data entry of freight information.
·Client and vendor invoicing.
·Client contact updating on delivery and rapport building.

The successful ocean freight coordinator will have a need to hold an administrative or customer services background, be proficient within the use of Microsoft programs and be confident in picking up new packages. It would be beneficial to hold current CRM system experience but full training will be provided within their bespoke system. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone holding import administration, ocean import coordinator, freight or customer services type experience.

Great opportunity for a Forklift Driver based in St Philips, Bristol.

We are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join the team in St Philips, you will be working for a large electrical wholesaler working in the Warehouse to pick orders using the Counterbalance Forklift.

Starting at 7:30am and usually finished by 4pm working Monday to Friday.

Some heavy lifting can be involved, you will be required to help customers with their orders, collecting stock from the warehouse before loading it onto vehicles either by hand or using the Forklift. Other general Warehouse duties will also be involved, and you may be required to help on the trade counter or to complete deliveries using the work Van.

Hours and Pay
• Working Monday to Friday, 07:30 until 16:00 with an hour for lunch.
• Starting at £12 per hour, weekly paid every Friday.

Requirements
• Previous Forklift driving experience.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
• Good level of customer service.
• Safety boots and high viz.
• A UK driving licence.
• An understanding of health and safety.
