Job Description:
As a Supply Teacher your role can be varied and MAY include any of the following (although we tailor around your requirements):

- Fulfil the duties of a Teacher as set out in the School Teachers Pay and Conditions of Employment (this may include planning, preparing and delivering lessons, marking and assessing pupil attainment). If you do not want the planning etc, then ask us about Cover Supervising.
- Establish a purposeful learning environment.
- Teach structured lessons/sequences of work which interest and motivate children.
- Ensure learning objectives are clearly shared with pupils. To set appropriately challenging learning and teaching objectives for whole class, groups or individuals.
- Use a variety of teaching and learning strategies.
- Be responsible for the safeguarding and wellbeing of children by following and being committed to our and school policy relating to behaviour management, safeguarding and health and safety.
- To mark and assess pupils' work, using the school's monitoring and assessment policies against the learning objectives/outcomes.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment ensuring the smooth running of the classroom.
- Managing pupils and their commitment to learn with minimal disruption.

Requirements:
- Ideally have your own transport to enable you to get to a variety of schools.
- QTS / Bachelor's or Master's degree or already have experience within a school.
- Good classroom control / behaviour management techniques.

Are you a HGV Class 2 Driver, with a class 2 licence and CPC? Are you looking for an active and varied role?

FM Conway is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team working from our Sandy depot on a full time, permanent basis. As our HGV Class 2 Driver you will work as part of a two-person team to carry out a range of services including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of drains.

Duties of the HGV Class 2 Driver role:

- Conducting all areas of drainage work, including high pressure water jetting (HPWJ) and CCTV surveys works

- Attending drainage related issues, including emergency callouts to deal with blockages or cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes

- Recording and feeding back works undertaken and any further works required

- Providing reports using our app system

What we’re looking for in our HGV Class 2 Driver

We are looking for candidates who have a class 2 licence and full CPC. You will enjoy working as part of a team and will have a strong concern for health and safety. We are looking for people with previous experience in the drainage industry.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Bedford, MK40 4LU.

Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm.

Contract Position: 2 Months but may lead to further work

The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major mechanical and electrical installations within the food process industry. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes process pipework and plant installation along with planned and preventive maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join the company supporting a major project in Bedford, MK40 4LU.

Duties

As an experienced and suitably qualified counterbalance forklift driver you will be working within a Food production facility on a project to remove and re install process pipework and equipment. The primary duties will be to safely unload and distribute as necessary, all new process equipment delivered to site. Specific items will include high value pumps, motors, valve sets and one-off pieces of specialist equipment. Other duties will include assisting fitters with basic installation works, typically tightening bolts, painting pipework and installing pipework. Full training will be given for this aspect of the job.

About You

Based ideally in Bedford you will need to live within a commutable distance of MK40 4LU.
Demonstrable experience of operating a 3500Kg counterbalance forklift to distribute materials around site.
Minimum, RTITB B1 counterbalance forklift or equivalent.
