The position of Senior Contracts Section Manager offers an exciting opportunity to join the IS/IT OCIO department
Responsible for the Processes which will ensure efficient and effective management of Contract Lifecycle in compliance with functional, legal, company compliance and commercial standards. This is a CDD of 1 year.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To manage all activities related to vendor relationships, contract and commercial/legal terms and conditions, and product or service performance within the IS/IT department
- Assist subject matter experts and procurement (NPO) with IS/IT vendor evaluation and selection criteria, procedures, and best practice tools and templates.
- Provides appropriate support/training to senior staff that manages individual vendor accounts
- Ensure point of contact and liaison with Nissan Purchasing and Legal teams
- Governance with Key Vendors and Support Functions
Key Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in vendor management, including management of third-party vendors and contract negotiation
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Six Sigma experience is desired, but not required.
- Good aptitude for broad subject matter (IS/IT environment)
- Strong leadership skills
- Understanding of Contract Terms & Conditions
- Financial analysis
- Conflict resolution
- Risk management
- Bachelor's degree in business, Legal, computer science or a related field
- Based in Nissan Office in Paris area: English is mandatory
