Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Applique et fait appliquer les règles de sécurité liées au stockage et transport de matières/produits/biens
Applique et fait appliquer les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène et sécurité alimentaire
Coordonne et contrôle les opérations logistiques de réception, d’expédition, livraison (incluant export et import)
Organise le fonctionnement des équipes en tenant compte des absences
Optimise le rangement et la surface de stockage
Organise et contrôle la gestion de stocks de produits consommables (référencement, rotation, etc.)
Organise et contrôle la gestion de stocks des produits de distribution
Fait respecter les règles de mouvements et consommation des matière (Scan, FIFO, FEFO…)
Organise, planifie, et réalise les inventaires (tournants, hebdomadaires, mensuels et annuels).
S’assure de l’approvisionnement des matières consommables et des composants pour la partie Distribution
S’assure de l’approvisionnement et du retrait des matières sur machines
S’assure des respects des bonnes pratiques logistique (étiquetages, conformité OF / matières)
S’assure de la fiabilité du stock de matières et des mouvements de palettes (quantité, emplacement, coûts…)
Assure une bonne communication avec les différents services (internes, sous-traitants, fournisseurs…)
Veille au bon entretien et à la maintenance des outils et des locaux dédiés à la logistique
Veille au respect des contraintes de livraisons imposées pas nos clients
Participe aux projets stratégiques en s’assurant de l’aspect logistique
Gère les activités de sous-traitances de transport et de production
Assure un reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel à sa hiérarchie selon les exigences usine et/ou groupe
Anticipe les variations de la demande et l’ajustement du personnel et des consommables en fonction

Education and Experience

Possède un bac + 2 en logistique

Knowledge and Skills

Planning et/ou bonne connaissance de l’outil de production
Comprendre les exigences sécurité/qualité/productivité.
Savoir manager/fédérer une équipe
Anglais professionnel
Expérience en planification
Connaissance des ERP et outils de planification

Department Background : 
Electrification team is in charge of securing the business transition from ICE to BEV. 
The common objective is to secure a sustainable and profitable BEV Business from 2030. 
Work streams are created to secure the transition in the key areas of the company. 
Electrification also takes on board new challenges linked to the BEV business, like specific regulations and others. 
 
Mission and Main tasks and responsibilities : 
 
Mission and main objectives: 
Secure Cross-functional regulations compliance; Lead governance and oversight of cross-functional regulations for the region;  

Get the regional Electrification Program structured to ensure a successful transition of functions from ICE into EV-Drive the full Electrification Program. Manage Program animation and keep the Program on track 
 
Main Missions & Tasks: 
Cross-functional Regulations governance for the region: 

Structure and further improve Cross-functional regulations end-to-end governance. 
Ensure regulatory watch.  
Ensure relevant topics are collected and provided to External Government Affairs for lobbying. 
Support regulatory tracking. 
Complete initial analysis of regulations. 
Distribute roles & responsibilities and support any further functional alignment. 
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are onboard and lead to resolve unclear points or disagreements. 
Consult other functions in regulations reading and technical interpretation. 
Follow-up implementation of action plans by responsible functions.

Program Management: 

- Develop and manage the program overall schedule, scorecard and produce relevant reporting

- Manage monthly regional Electrification meetings (preparation, meeting running, minutes, homeworks follow-up, etc.) and suggest and implement further improvements
 

Background & Experience: 

Education: 
- Master's degree in one or more of the following areas: International Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, European Union Law, Engineering
 
Experience: 
- 6-7 years of minimum professional experience in positions linked to Manufacturing / Supply Chain Management / Corporate Strategy / Regulations Management / R&D

- Deep knowledge in vehicle development (R&D, Manufacturing) 
- Business awareness of vehicle end-to-end life (Product Planning, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, Aftersales processes) 
 
Skills: 
- Customer-centric mindset  
- Active interest and in-depth knowledge in automotive industry, mobility solutions, circularity, innovation in general and regulatory landscape both in EU and other parts of world 

- Regulatory technical reading related to product regulations and initial level of legal texts reading 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to regularly make presentations with impact to executives, challenge business stakeholders, manage upwards and empower team members from various functions 
- Ability to improve existing and create new processes to facilitate the delivery of the target in each of the functions 
- Project management expertise  

- Cross-functional mindset to lead, engage, listen in and take into account interests and complexity of various functions and teams 

- Good systemic thinking 
- Financial and business acumen 
- Good skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint/Excel) 
 
Requirements: 
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must, other language(s) are an advantage 
- Microsoft Office skills 
- Interest and in-depth knowledge in automotive industry, mobility solutions, circularity, innovation in general and regulatory landscape both in EU and other parts of world

The position of Senior Contracts Section Manager offers an exciting opportunity to join the IS/IT OCIO department

Responsible for the Processes which will ensure efficient and effective management of Contract Lifecycle in compliance with functional, legal, company compliance and commercial standards. This is a CDD of 1 year.

Primary Responsibilities:

To manage all activities related to vendor relationships, contract and commercial/legal terms and conditions, and product or service performance within the IS/IT department
Assist subject matter experts and procurement (NPO) with IS/IT vendor evaluation and selection criteria, procedures, and best practice tools and templates.
Provides appropriate support/training to senior staff that manages individual vendor accounts
Ensure point of contact and liaison with Nissan Purchasing and Legal teams
Governance with Key Vendors and Support Functions

Key Requirements:

Minimum three years of experience in vendor management, including management of third-party vendors and contract negotiation
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Six Sigma experience is desired, but not required.
Good aptitude for broad subject matter (IS/IT environment)
Strong leadership skills
Understanding of Contract Terms & Conditions
Financial analysis
Conflict resolution
Risk management
Bachelor's degree in business, Legal, computer science or a related field
Based in Nissan Office in Paris area: English is mandatory
