This Training Manager position is located at Will Rogers World International (OKC), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

What you'll do

As a Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Manager, you’ll be developing and implementing joined-up, global supply chain strategies and solutions that incorporate the full procurement contract life cycle across multiple spend categories, geographies, and business areas.

The skills you'll need

Contacts are routinely internal and external to AJW. External contacts include representatives from other government agencies (e.g. DHS, DoD, FCC and NTIA) and civil aviation organizations and industries, both domestic and international (e.g. ITU, ICAO, and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)). Represents the AJW, ATO, and the FAA, as a primary point of contact on spectrum issues during collaborations with the White House and other agencies and partners, such as Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), International Civil Aviation Organizations (ICAO), and International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

• Responsible for the unit's aviation program management to include oversight, budget planning, development, execution, and monitoring of all aviation operations.
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing the unit's aviation safety and training program. Conducts training needs analysis, and sponsors, conducts, or coordinates aviation training.
• Serves as liaison for the interagency coordination and use of tactical and logistical aircraft on multiagency emergency incidents, mutual aid responses, military operations/coordination, or other emergency use of tactical aircraft.
• Serves as the unit's Contracting Officers Representative (COR) on Call When Needed (CWN) and or On Call aircraft. Participates in the preparation of CWN/On Call and Exclusive Use contract specifications.
• Exercises delegated supervisory authorities and responsibilities 15% of the time.

As one of several AJG-R Group Managers, the work includes a wide variety of complex administrative programs and support areas, as well as detailed knowledge of management and program principles to lead and direct a large, multi-level organization through subordinate team managers. Integrates the work of multiple organizations to meet strategic goals of the ATO and participates in strategic planning for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These groups are responsible for budget execution and formulation, acquisition management, space/facility security management, and wireless and property management. The Program Manager serves as the Headquarters liaison with the Service Area Business Service Groups. Participates in the strategic planning for the FAA and make of financial and administrative services commitments for the ATO. Uses business intelligence for analyzing and delivering actionable information critical in providing services across ATO Service Units for purpose of making business decisions. This is critical work that directly impacts the safe and efficient operation of the ATO.

Your main responsibilities as the Supply Chain lead would be to act as the main point of contact for Regional SNO, coordinating on supply, demand and critical issues for the market which is Western Europe and Canada. You will also be the relationship manager for the 3PL accountable for excellent service and adherence to KPIs so communication is key in this role across such a large geographical area.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will need to have great knowledge of the legislation and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry whilst also having experience in ERP systems. You will also need experience managing demand as well as managing a 3PL.Alongside this, you will also have to be a great communicator in order to manage all key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in financial management and e-invoicing systems within a large organisation, with hands-on work in supply assurance, analytics, and fraud management.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, dashboard creation, and managing systems/databases to drive innovation and support corporate objectives.
• Demonstrated success in managing dispersed teams, delivering complex projects on time, and motivating staff to achieve performance targets.
• Strong ability to address and resolve complex issues diplomatically, ensuring policy implementation and effective communication with stakeholders.
