My Client is a well established energy supplier based in Lytham St Annes and are currently looking for an Entry Level Administrator to join the team!
About the Role: Join our team as a Supply Point Administrator, supporting our business growth by ensuring timely dataflows and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions and resolve queries.
Process data flows accurately and promptly.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate within the team.
Identify process improvements and provide ad-hoc support.
Skills & Experience:
1 year of customer service and administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications.
