My client is looking for an experienced and quality driven Customer Service & Export Team Leader to oversee their internal Customer Service team.

Working in a fast paced environment you will manage an intimate team tasked with handling and resolving incoming enquiries, producing quotes, processing orders, arranging shipping and dealing with distributors.

In this role as the Customer Service & Export Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Responsibility for a small customer service team handling the coordination, management and processing of orders and requests from customers based both in the UK and internationally

• Coaching, training and motivating the team on a daily basis
• Acting as a senior point of contact
• Looking after the full export cycle with all the shipping documentation.

Person specification:

• Experience supervising / managing a customer service team
• Experience of sales order processing
• Strong knowledge of international shipping / export
• Strong IT skills

Supply Chain Analyst

Contract role for 12 months
Pay rate up to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical space to recruit this role on a contract basis for one year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of the Supplier Onboarding process, ensuring that all new supplier applications are vetted & processed and that onboarding records & documentation are obtained & retained.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Day to day management of the Supplier Onboarding function, including the full onboarding lifecycle from application to authorisation, including the line management of 3 onboarding specialists
* Performing the day to day routine onboarding duties as part of the team, as well as approving work done by the wider team
* Updating existing supplier records, ensuring amendments are carried out correctly
* Ensuring adherence to the company's procurement policy, challenging any new supplier requests where appropriate
* Building positive relationships with the wider business & team members
* Working to roll out continuous improvements to the onboarding process

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Extensive prior experience within supplier onboarding, preferably from within a pharmaceutical or scientific background
* People management or leadership experience
* Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to onboarding

Our client, based in Liverpool, is looking for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers who are willing to do palletised store deliveries around the UK. They are looking for both AM and PM drivers. They have the shift availability for weekdays and weekends. They are looking to book drivers for at least 1.5 - 3 months in advance.

THE JOB

This job requires the driver to pass an induction / assessment. The induction is PAID

The job involves making palletised store deliveries around the UK.

Trailers can be single or double deck. Usually it will be a double deck trailer.

This job involves the use of (usually) a manual pump truck to unload the trailers. There is no loading required

Average shift length is approx 10-12 hours per day

Day shift start times are between 0300am - 0800am

Afternoon Shifts start times are between 1200 - 1500pm

Pay Rates (PAYE Holiday Included

Weekdays £18.70 ph

Weekend £21.25 ph

+ £10 meal allowance / day

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A DRIVER:

We are looking for committed drivers looking for ongoing work.

Must have a valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence.

For Insurance purposes you will need to have no more than 3 minor points on your licence.

EXPERIENCED CLASS 1 (C+E) HGV DRIVERS NEEDED - LIVERPOOL

Search Consultancy are looking to induct Class 1 HGV Drivers for a major retailer in the North West. After working in partnership with the client for nearly 15 years we want to offer driving jobs that are flexible and commit to regular working patterns.

THE JOB
You will be driving a Class 1 HGV (C+E) truck. Box Trailer
You will be making store deliveries around the UK. As part of this job will be dealing with ambient goods and making deliveries with hanging garments. A normal day will involve 1 - 2 trailers worth of deliveries which is between 3-5 stores on average.
This is a physically demanding job so the work and routes will be rotated amongst the drivers as fairly as possible. The planners will do their best to alternate the number of stores you do each day.
Our Client offers an excellent induction training programme (with Paid Training!) where you will learn all aspects of the job as well as standard health and safety procedures.
If you have previous tail lift experience that is an advantage, however it will be covered in the training.

SHIFT PATTERNS
We are looking for Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to work any 5 out of 7 days.
Day Drivers start between 0400-0900 am each day - Day Drivers will be required to make store deliveries and on occasion do trunking to another depot / make container collections.
(*Day work is available Monday to Sunday)
Night Drivers start approx. 1600-2000 each day - Night Drivers will be required to do a mixture of jobs which include Store Deliveries, Trunking and Containers

(*Night Work is normally available Sunday to Friday)

PAYE Rates include - Min 8 hours pay per shift
(Hourly Rate with holiday pay saved up separately)
Days - £16.00
Nights - £19.00
Saturday - £21
Sunday - £23
