Responsibilities
• Be part of a multi-national team of engineers responsible for System Requirements Engineering and Architecture of Architecture and Networking (AN) products for our OEM customers.
• Set up and deliver to the Project Manager / TPL on R&D estimation and schedule of all System Engineering (SE) activities, in reconciliation with the overall project schedule and the activities in the other discipline areas.
• Ensure the proper communication to the System Engineering project team and to all Stakeholders, Customer and Project Management.
• Drive the Customer Requirements documents for completeness and make them available in Requirements Management Tool.
• Coordinate the management of requirements together with R&D discipline and ensure a complete and released set of requirements.
• Ensure and monitor that all Systems Engineering work products have been reviewed, approved and baselined.
• Monitor, track and maintain the Systems Engineering activities and report the project status according to milestones, by using the standard reporting tool.
• Ensure system integrity in terms of technical aspects, time, budget and quality.
• Follow specific laws and internal regulation regarding work safety and company’s policy.
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor Degree in electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ experience in embedded system development.
• You are a pro-active, self-motivated, good team player and has experience in managing a multicultural project team.
• Sound knowledge in Requirements Engineering, Project Management, System Life cycle processes and System Architecture & Design.
• Experience in system analysis, e.g. FMEA, FTA, TARA.
• Automotive experience, knowledge in Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety Management (ISO26262) and Security & Privacy Management will be an added advantage.
• Strong in verbal and written communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
