Riverside Golf Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L&D Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will focus on creating and implementing effective learning and development programs tailored to meet the needs of our staff and enhance their skills. As an L&D Coordinator, you will work closely with HR Managers to identify learning needs and develop training initiatives that align with organizational goals. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HR Manager in design, coordinate, and implement engaging training programs that meet the diverse needs of employees at all levels.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Organize training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, utilizing feedback and performance metrics to enhance program offerings.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports to track training progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) is accessible to all staff members.
• Encouraging employees to take part in online training programs
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the LMS and provide user support as needed.
• Assist the HR Manager in overseeing performance management activities.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Able to speak English
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical skills to evaluate training needs and program effectiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic & video design software is a plus.

• Melakukan breakdown formula yang dibutuhkan untuk notifikasi BPOM RI
• Melakukan scale up formula untuk pengembangan produk baru
• Melakukan pendampingan proses produksi untuk produk baru
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil tahap scale up untuk pengembangan formula

Working directly with our Head of Research Indonesia, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and contacts to identify exciting investment

ideas within Consumer and Retail coverage with the opportunity to explore emerging sectors. You will assist our clients to access those

opportunities by conducting market analysis, financial modelling and producing quality reports. You will engage with senior stakeholders of the

companies covered, travel to develop industry contacts when available and service the largest institutional investors in the world on a daily basis.

Given the coverage scope of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to explore highly detailed company analysis in addition to a wider, macro level

view.

A tertiary qualification in economics, finance or a similar discipline

4+ years’ relevant experience gained within sell-side research, buy-side research, investment banking or similar environments; existing

coverage in Consumer, Retail or related sectors would be an advantage

Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a track record of building solid relationships with international and domestic

institutional clients as well as internal teams globally

Logical and analytical lateral thinker with a passion for equity research and strong drive to succeed

Strong team ethics and the desire to work within a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information.
• Acts as a strategic partner alongside Commercial and R&D, and medical and scientific partner to both external and internal stakeholders. 
• Leads the relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with health-care providers, payers, and other medically-focused customers (e.g., regulators, institutional leaders) in accordance with required regulatory and compliance standards
• Develops scientific relationships and external expert engagement on behalf of the organization's customers.
• Communicates complex scientific and medical information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders; builds and fosters strong relationships with key external experts in their shared therapeutic category; works with external experts to execute medical projects that bridge the communication between clinical development and commercial success;  builds and fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders for the benefit of the business;  and gathers and communicates field insights to inform business strategy and medical plans
• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information
• Develop contacts with key clinicians, university teaching hospitals, group purchase organizations and other medical / scientific groups
• Act as a clinical resource with professional and advocacy organizations with the objective of developing relationships and identifying potential business opportunities
• Work closely with internal customers to develop and execute a plan designed to meet shared business/clinical objectives
• Uncover scientific data that may have the potential for publication and/or abstract presentation

Requirements:

• Candidates with a terminal Clinical/Science degrees e.g. MSc, PhD or MD degree will be considered
• Field-based Medical experience preferred, Therapeutic area Hepatology/Hematology/Oncology added advantage
• Effective communicator (written and presentation) with good interpersonal skills and experience of developing and delivering presentations
• Must excel at working independently and in cross-functional teams candidates with a self-starter attitude strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Statistical / Data Science from Reputable University
• Min 3 years of Experience as Data Science with deep knowledge of Indonesia Pharma Market
• Strong Exposure in market research Agency is preferred
