Job Description:

1. Demand Planning

• Lead in the operations planning process and collaborate with multiple functions within the organization like the Planning team, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Customer Service to ensure the availability of our products.

• Prepare inventory replenishment plan, present to country presidents and customer service to confirm and launch.

• Enter distribution order (DO) in ERP, work with planners and shipping executives to ship to regional warehouses.

• Review inventory status of all regional warehouses regularly and take immediate action to reschedule DO.

• Work with tollers and cross functional teams for supply.

• Work with affiliated manufacturing sites and cross functional teams for supply.

2. Inventory Management

• Receive purchased products in ERP for inventory or drop shipments.

• Perform inventory transactions in regional warehouses.

• Reivew aging and expired stock in regional warehouses and work with country presidents for actions.

• Actively contribute to the analysis of sales and stock data, establish reports.

• Master Data management

• Lead in stock take in regional warehouses.

• Perform site audit with QA team.

3. Operations Support

• Play an active role in key projects focused on improving the supply chain

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in Life Science/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry
