**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**


* Social Media management in line with company branding:
* Posting of daily content with a view to increasing follower numbers and e-commerce site traffic.
* E-commerce site maintenance:
* Image updating including lifestyle and pack shots.
* New features as per projects.
* Improvements and fixes website enhancement.
* Ensuring accurate and up to date information.
* Setting up pricing sheet every 6 weeks.
* Updating pricing and RRP.
* New listings and de-listing of products from site.
* Chase suppliers for relevant marketing materials in line with marketing Gantt chart.
* Upload of supplier marketing materials in line with agreed schedule.
* Assist with approval of new customer account request (in line with Category Manager).
* New customer account set up.
* Management of customer orders from website in line with order pattern:
* Download and create orders using internal system (Basil).
* Ensure payment is taken.
* Fulfil/NATOPS and issue relevant refunds accordingly.
* Follow up emails to non-returning customers.
* Assist with blogs and supplier profiles.
* Review of information dashboard with weekly report on website orders, returns and net margin %/£.
* Assist Category Manager with Newsletters, email blasts and seasonal spotlight publications.
* Assist Category Manager with brochure production (seasonal, supplier portfolio) digital and print.
* Assist with design of leaflets and other marketing materials.
* Digital (website) and Social Media coordination experience / understanding (raising company profile within the industry).



**Key Requirements: -**


* Own transport and full UK Driving License (based full time at our Worcestershire Head Office).
* Hold the required standard of English language and literacy in relation to the role.
* Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, using own initiative.
* Highly numerate with strong diligence / attention to detail.
* Completion and recording of all company documentation as required.
* Flexibility (prepared to perform any other reasonable requested duties as requested).
* Strong / confident IT skills (Inc. Excel experience).
* Education: GCSE or equivalent.
* Knowledge / experience of Canva / Mailchimp / Photo room.

The purpose of this newly-created role is to increase awareness and promote Myopia treatment to clients across the West Midlands & South West England.

The Myopia Consultant will work alongside Optometrists and eyecare professionals to drive engagement via clinical and skills delivered in a variety of formats; large group presentations, CPD, workshops and in-store interactions. You will also be expected to create connections and business relationships with Ophthalmologists within the NHS Hospital network.

Myopia Consultant - Role

• After a thorough induction program, you will act as lead Myopia Expert within a geographical region, internally working closely with the wider Sales Team, Marketing department and Professional Services.
• Externally the focus will be on a defined number Optical practices, working closely with the professional teams in store.
• Developing the category Myopia into a core vision solution with their respective businesses.
• Deliver technical training, CPD training, softer patient journey related training to all qualified staff and optical support teams.
• Support the business with creating new relevant training, educational and support tools / initiatives to drive Myopia category development.
• Regularly deliver: CPD training, Group Workshops, lead and facilitate regional evening Myopia educational events.

Myopia Consultant - Requirements

• Must have CLO, DO or Optometrist qualification
• Optical field sales/training experience desirable
• Working on own initiative to tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing

• Base salary between £40-55k plus bonus scheme

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at our new state of the art, purpose-built Volvo dealership in Bromyard Road, Worcester.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. • You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

About you

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
