To provide a professional welcome to visitors to the ICBs offices, assisting visitors as appropriate and providing hospitality as required. Accurately produce a variety of documents from audio or written draft, using a number of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and adhering to ICB templates and branding. This will include letters, emails, reports and meeting notes and may require working under pressure to meet agreed timescales. To set up for meetings/events including IT equipment, and provide additional support as required, including taking and transcribing minutes/action notes. Provide secretarial cover for business support colleagues during periods of absence including annual leave and sickness; assist colleagues during periods of demanding workloads. To provide day to day oversight of the teams Business Admin Apprentice. Ensure accurate and up to date data is recorded on to electronic records systems as required, and that this information is available on request, and communicated to other colleagues as required. The postholder should be able to work on their own initiative, with limited supervision on a day to day basis, and have a flexible approach to their work in order to deal with conflicting demands and tight deadlines. Good interpersonal skills are important for dealing with colleagues and external visitors, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team. To participate in the annual appraisal process and attendance/completion of statutory and mandatory training and comply with the organisations policies and procedures. Key responsibilities

• Raising sales invoices in line with customer invoicing terms to pre agreed systemised billing set up
• Raising free text invoices for one off re-chargeable costs
• Chase local authority accounts for payment of invoices and deal with queries
• Allocate cash received against ledger
• Manage queries with regions and customers. To work closely with Polaris region/home when invoicing customers and have proactive query resolution skills.
• Reduce current debtor days on ledger to agreed target, per customer, per region
• To be effectively and efficiently organised and maintain concise communication records.
• To ensure that we are invoicing for all services delivered on region / home managed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network at all levels
• Proven proficiency using Microsoft Word packages
• The ability to meet strict deadlines on time, every time
• Experience within a similar role and chasing Local Authorities for payments
• Experience of using Access or similar integrated system

As a Sales Advisor, it is your role to create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. Assisting with the daily operational running of the store, you are customer focused, working as part of an amazing and supportive team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

What You Will Do:

· You will greet customers and give great service by listening to their needs

· We’re proud to be the perfume experts, so you’ll be providing advice to customers on their perfume choices. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure you get all the training you need

· You will help the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets – and there are fantastic incentives and prizes on offer to recognise success

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join the team at our Volvo Dealership in Worcester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at our new state of the art, purpose-built Volvo dealership in Bromyard Road, Worcester.

Volvo is one of the fastest growing premium automotive brands, and with an extensive list of new models lined up for release the successful candidate will be joining this exciting journey.

The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis.

Excellent Benefits including use of a Volvo company car and an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 (which includes a £20,000 basic salary)

Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

• You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

About you

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

As an Area Business Consultant, you'll interact with potential and existing clients to create new business chances across different sectors. This includes getting learners involved in our full range of Apprenticeship programs, funded training, or commercial training. You'll collaborate closely with your local team to meet enrolment goals and represent HIT Training Ltd at local events.

The role will include working from home, travelling to client sites and networking opportunities in your local area.

Duties will include:


Actively prospecting and identifying new business leads.
Researching potential clients and new business opportunities within your region.
Networking with local partners and clients to uncover new business opportunities.
Travelling to meet potential clients and partners to explore new business prospects.
Setting up and leading meetings and presentations to convert potential clients.
Tracking and managing new business opportunities using our CRM system.
Collaborating with the local team to prioritise new business generation and support enrollment targets.

About you
