RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Preparing budget for festive or seasonal campaigns, including cost estimation.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
• Executing all sales, marketing and promotional strategies to achieve sales target.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters.
• Assist in planning, executing, and measuring effectiveness of offline and online marketing.
• Tracking sales trends for seasonal, festive products or other related campaigns.
• Liaising with bread and cake factories regarding upcoming promotions.
• Work on improving, promoting, analysing and optimising the member loyalty programme.
• Handling corporate sales in accordance with targets set by superiors.
• Assist in preparing internal and external communications.
• Handle external enquiries from social media.
• Liaising with external agencies.
• Plan and implement sales launch for new projects.
• Prepare relevant documents for authority submissions.
• Be able to assist in any other tasks as assigned by the Company on ad hoc basis.
• Handling CSR arrangement and activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Having 3-5 years of experience as a marketing executive.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding analytics and reporting tools to analyze and measure social media campaigns is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team.
