What you will do?

Marketing Project Activity Coordination:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities, including completion of documents for internal approval and monitoring of activity milestones.

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. The Interview Process

• Application Review: We will carefully review your responses to our questions and review your work samples.
• Interview #1 - 40 mins: Introduction + Work Experience review. In a 40-minute video call, we will get to know you, and answer any questions you might have. We will dedicate 20 minutes to dive into your most relevant projects and experiences.
• Interview #2 - 2 hours: Your Work at Smart Nora. We will dive deeper into the work you will be doing at Smart Nora. Make sure you fully understand how you will be an effective member of the team and how your contributions will fit into our mission. We will discuss real examples of your upcoming projects to get a sense of how you would approach and implement them.
• Culture and Talent Assessment - 1 hour We strongly believe in supporting you in finding meaningful work which is aligned with your strengths. This 1-hour activity will give you deep insights into your alignment with the team, the position, and your career.

Job Title: Sales Representative Virtual Assistant (VA) - Work from Home

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative VA with a strong background in digital marketing to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various digital channels, including email outreach, social media, and direct messaging.
• Conduct product presentations, handle inquiries, and follow up with prospective clients to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze sales performance and marketing metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve sales outcomes.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
• Assist with creating sales materials, presentations, and other digital marketing assets as needed.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation progress.

• Proven experience in a sales representative role, preferably as a Virtual Assistant.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

The role:

We’re on the lookout for a marketing specialist with a strong digital background.

Content management will be central to your role, whether that’s writing, briefing freelance content writers, researching, proof reading, creating and managing a content calendar, overseeing design or creating and executing optimisation tests.

You will also own and run our organic social channels, including managing a content calendar, content creation and daily posting

You’ll be comfortable both actively delivering and managing a range of third party contractors and agencies to execute on our behalf.

Your key stakeholders will be with our marketing manager, GM and sales team across AU and US.

Essential Skills / qualifications:

• Fluent level English
• 2+ years experience managing/executing SEO content strategies (including keyword research)
• Content writing.
• Social media management.
• Executing Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests.
• An eye for design, you can manage designers and keep consistency across our site.
• Project management skills and an eye for detail, you will be managing multiple projects and freelancers.

Desired Skills:

• Marketing university degree or equivalent
• Understanding/experience of the logistics sector / SaaS businesses
• PPC management/execution.
• Design skills, these aren’t core to the role, but if you are able to create or make quick edits to images in Canva (or similar) it would be a plus.
• Basic Wordpress knowledge.
