Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist to handle daily operations and processes applications and transactions to ensure that all service levels are delivered according to the procedure.
- Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide general administration and support to the Operations department.
Requirements:
- SPM holders with no experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and the ability to read Chinese are essential.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written); Cantonese is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed and meticulous.
- Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays.
