We are looking for a Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team who will oversee a team of Sales recruiters in Richmond, VA. They will lead the talent sourcing, recruitment, and selection process for a growing business with a focus on bringing top sales talent to CoStar Group.  They will partner with Human Resources Operations, Compensation and Business Partners to ensure a seamless process and partnership.  In this role, the Manager will play a critical role in the development of the talent within the team and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategy and execution.

This position is located in our Richmond VA office and requires 5 days a week in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of 3+ talent acquisition professionals in full life cycle recruiting to support sales teams
• Build strong relationships with sales leaders to understand business needs, allocate staffing and fulfill all strategic hiring needs
• Create regular reporting for business leaders to drive engagement and measure team performance
• Provide regular coaching and guidance to team members to advance and develop within their careers
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives including DE&I programming and other strategic hire initiatives
• Develop strong relationships with key agencies in order to activate when necessary for senior level hiring
• Play an active role in interviewing and assessing talent and developing strategies to attract A players into sales and operations organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree from a not-for-profit University or College required
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• 3+ years managing and leading a sales recruiting team
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a full life cycle recruiting environment
• Proven track record of hiring A level sales talent and delivering strong recruiting results in competitive talent markets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  

• Workday experience preferred but not required
• Highly analytical and demonstrates and ability to tell stories through data
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Hands on leadership experience
• Demonstrates advance knowledge of excel and understands how to present data in powerpoint or other products

What does the Merchandise Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for executing merchandising standards throughout the store. The Merchandise Manager is also responsible to “Wow the Customer”, operational controls, inventory integrity, asset protection, cleanliness, safety and driving sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures Merchandise Movement Process is flawlessly executed
• Responsible for merchandising, signing, and resets in Now, Style, Room, Tech, and Party
• Responsible for opening and closing store procedures

Essential Job Functions:

• Frequently operate cash register

• Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures

About This Role

The Associate Marketing Manager – Digital SEM is responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing Ace’s Search Engine Marketing programs on Google and Bing. 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Specifically, there are 4 key responsibilities for this role to own and lead:

• Manage the strategy, execution and analysis of Ace’s SEM programs to reach/exceed revenue goals and KPIs while maximizing ROAS/ROI (both online and omni).

• Manage SEM budgets and lead planning, forecasting and reporting efforts for these channels.

• Manage relationships with search engine partners and SEM performance marketing agency partners.

• Manage other digital marketing or acehardware.com initiatives or projects as directed by the Digital Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage strategy, execution and analysis of Ace’s $100+M budget SEM program across Text and PerformanceMax For Retail campaigns supporting a product portfolio of 80k+ SKUs

• Execute Omni Channel SEM strategy through annual, quarterly, monthly, daily and seasonal plans maximize ROAS (both online and omni)

• Manages agency and partner relationships relative to SEM to ensure they’re meeting Key Performance Indicators

• Manages product, inventory and supplemental feeds within Google Merchant Center to support PerformanceMax campaigns through close partnership with Ace IT, search engines and performance agency partners

• Works with ecommerce merchants, merchandising team and operations team to:

  • Ensure SEM coverage on key categories and products

  • Manages SEM strategies and proposed budgets for new product launches and other key brand/product initiatives

  • Identify inventory, pricing, fulfillment and shipping improvement opportunities

• Manages SEM bid strategy and optimization model to support omni channel revenue growth nationally

• Works with category marketing team to:

  • Forecast incremental SEM spend opportunity vendor funded opportunitiesd

  • Implement strategy for vendor-funded SEM campaigns

  • Provide reporting and analysis for incremental spend opportunities to present to vendor and/or cross-functional teams

• Works collaboratively with Local Marketing team on local SEM strategy and execution to ensure centralized and local SEM work together seamlessly

• Manage development of reporting, dashboards and analytics of channel and campaign performance across various platforms such as Google Analytics 360, Google Ads, Bing and Search Ads 360

Who You Are

You are highly analytical and curious when when it comes to using data to inform decisions. You are eager and willing to collaborate with both agency and internal cross-functional partners to achieve desired business outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Search Engine Marketing/Digital Marketing required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Master’s degree a plus

• Documented experience managing retail or direct response SEM programs and performance marketing channels

• Experience in Search Ads 360, Google Analytics 360/Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center and Google Ads

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment

• Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented

• Documented ability to proactively make recommendations and successfully implement plans

Preferred Skills

• Product feed management and optimization

Job Summary

The Downstream Senior Marketing Manager, U.S. Medical Distribution supporting Corporate Accounts, GPO, and Government channels. This role will lead the development and implementation of marketing plans for the U.S. Distribution business portfolio. Primary responsibility will be to commercialize the U.S. Medical Distribution value proposition in the Corporate Accounts, GPO, and Government channels to drive revenue and accelerate the growth and profitability of the U.S. Medical Distribution business. The role will report to the Director of Commercial Marketing, U.S. Medical Distribution.

Responsibilities

Manages the development and execution of a marketing plan for Cardinal Health’s U.S. Medical Distribution Acute Care channels by performing the following duties:

• Executes the tactical plan for marketing strategies and programs, both short-and long-term, to ensure the sales and margin performance goals of the business are achieved
• Leads commercial engagement with sales, customers, and industry and trade associations
• Assists in the development of pricing, product, and solution positioning strategies to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Provides category and market insights through a strong working knowledge of the distribution solutions portfolio, market trends, competitive behavior, and customer segments. 
• Regular report-outs to management with insights and recommended actions required to exceed financial commitments.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and promote various products and programs.

Job Description:

• Partner with commercial team to educate, plan, and evaluate agency (Hive, Greenhouse) execution of assigned brand initiatives

• Serve as primary point of contact for consumer marketing agency ambassador team members working in the field, partnering with the agency to ensure optimal resourcing

• Manage local consumer marketing funds (sponsorships, local media, consumer focused activities, brand events) and provide input into local resource allocation decisions

• Serve as a critical resource for local consumer and competitive insights

• Champion brand building by providing category/portfolio/brand expertise and conduct tastings and brand education training

We are looking to bolster our field sales team.  The Regional Sales Manager – Security position will deal directly with our Security partners, VARs and end users in the Western region of the US. Our Security business consists of hardware and software (i.e. thermal and visible cameras, Video Management Software, radar, etc). This position will report to the North American Director of Sales – Security.

Your contribution

As the Regional Sales Manager – Security you will be a critical part of the success of our business. 

• The RSM builds, expands, and maintains a network of relationships at all levels of each organization and coordinates the involvement of all Teledyne FLIR personnel and partners within the account. 
• Leverages account presence to up-sell / cross-sell, provides market intelligence, and works to educate, collaborate, and persuade customers to engage in deeper, sustainable relationships across multiple business imperatives.
• RSM will also collaborate with internal Teledyne FLIR teams to actively prospect for new opportunities and grow the Security base business in the entire territory.

• Establishes and maintains accurate sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM utilization.

• Develops and maintains a broad understanding of all Teledyne FLIR Security products, services, and solutions including their value proposition, target market applications and pricing structures and discounts.
• Conducts or coordinates product training and demonstrations as needed.

As a Business Manager on the Numeric COO team, you will be working hand-in-hand with our COO and team to support the various functions of the business unit. This team helps to organize the Investment engine objectives and collaborates with all stakeholders in Numeric and the broader Man organization. The daily tasks will vary but largely involve project management, coordinating meetings and materials, organizing current business/strategic initiatives, and ensuring the general needs of the business are being met. Having an understanding of investment management and how an investment management organization operates would greatly set the stage for success in this role.

The role and responsibilities will include

• Project management – leading projects of varying size, difficulty and expertise. Projects will span departments and largely support technology and investment related initiatives but will certainly overlap with the broader central teams
• Process management – as part of the COO team it is important to take note and identify areas where business process improvements can be made and have the ability to suggest and coordinate appropriately, building an understanding of operational risk and supporting needs within that area
• Data entry and organization –  including but not limited to terms and agreement support with legal, operational risk tracking, and project tracking
• Meeting preparation, coordination, support and follow ups – along with leading projects there will be additional meetings and committees requiring support and coordination to help the ongoing initiatives
• Ad-hoc requests that come across the COO team function – in a fast changing environment priorities and objectives for the business will evolve, must have willingness to jump in and embrace these challenges
