Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. Job Description:

The Records Manager oversees the operational and strategic records & information management services at an Epiq client with the primary focus of achieving service level agreements and surpassing client expectations. This position ensures that the client is receiving the optimal level of service in support of receipt, arrangement, storage, preservation, destruction and safeguarding client and administrative records.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Follow established guidelines and procedures for creating, circulating, storing, tracking, transferring, and destroying client records

• Serve as the principal liaison between Epiq, the client’s administration and Records Staff

• Track the circulation of files to and from client staff in Records Management System (RMS) database

• Manage all Records Staff employed at the site, including recruiting, training, performance management and development 

• Manager process to regular inventory of files stored onsite in client facilities, including exception reporting

• Assist client with file transfer activities, obtaining relevant files, preparing file indexes, staging for review, and preparing for shipment as instructed

• Assist client with retention activities, including obtaining relevant files, preparing file indexes, staging for review, and preparing for shipment or secure destruction as instructed

• Assist client with clean-up activities, including triage, categorization, and appropriate storage or disposition of content

Qualifications & Characteristics

• High School Diploma and college preferred or equivalent years of Records Management experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a Records Management operation (law firm preferred)

• Familiarity with FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, Autonomy Records Manager (FileSurf), LegalKey and/or similar Records Management Systems

• Familiarity with iManage Work, NetDocuments, OpenTEXT DM and/or similar Document or Enterprise Content Management Systems

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

What does the Merchandise Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for executing merchandising standards throughout the store. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $150,000 to $X175,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Overview:

Responsible for an assigned portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with small business clients.  Solicit new business; manage risk and credit decisions; and service existing clients through the bank’s relationship management program.  Work with branch partners to effectively sell to the business customer and cross-sell other bank products.

As the Program Manager, you'll steer our efforts to bridge brands with fans via engaging live events and innovative marketing products. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Establish and own the Program Management Process & Systems

• Focus on tracking existing Performance Marketing Lead Generation Campaigns for flagship clients.

• Serve as the ‘Directly Responsible Individual’ for key client program executions.

• Work closely with Product and Operational Leads to gather program requirements and translate that into relevant execution workstreams & swim lanes.

• Serve as the liaison between multiple teams to synthesize a cohesive operational plan.

• Enable swift conflict resolution & escalation across teams if necessary.

• Help manage departmental and program budgets associated with key program.

• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within the fan engagement and marketing landscape.

• Approximately 15% travel may be required as part of the job. 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or master’s is a plus.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a project/program/campaign or marketing manager.

• Experience with project management and productivity software such as Asana, JIRA, Notion, Miro, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in marketing, mar-tech/ad-tech, CRM, consumer facing product or agency experience.

• Experiencing managing interns and interfacing with clients is preferred but not required.

• Experience with performance marketing and lead-generation initiatives.

• General understanding of the marketing ecosystem and a keen interest in consumer behavior.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
