Marketing Officer – Digital Platforms, Web Content & CRM Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: CC BS SO1 £29,343 - £31,135 (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Salary includes 4% increase which will be effective from 1st August 2024Coventry College are looking for a confident and driven marketer who is eager to join an incredibly fast-paced and hard-working but new marketing team. As a Marketing Officer with responsibility for managing our digital platforms you will have a pivotal role in making a difference to growing our income and to ensuring our brand and reputation continues to grow and develop. You will need to be a self-starter with a lot of initiative, work with a level of autonomy and build excellent relationships with our business support and curriculum areas to ensure that their areas are marketed well on our external facing platforms (website, social media etc.). You will need to have a focus on results as you will be delivering direct marketing activity through a range of channels and media. This role is new to Coventry College and will continue to evolve so you must be able to work in a team and get involved in other cross-College marketing events and activities as well as work closely with our well established and high-performing design agency. Experience and qualifications in marketing are essential.
You will also need to have the following qualification: • Educated to degree level in marketing or similar 2 year’s work experience in digital marketing • Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent

As an experienced HR generalist, you will provide expertise and support to managers along with lead on an employee relations caseload with an emphasis on driving down absence management, early intervention at an informal level and providing training and support for managers to positively impact performance management. Thank you for your interest in Hopescourt School, a new all-through specialist school which will open in September 2024 and is the first specialist free school within the Bourne Education Trust. Hopescourt School’s Headteacher, Alexandra Burrows is delighted to have the opportunity to develop this new and much needed provision for children with Autism in Walton-on-Thames.This is an exciting time for new staff to join the school, providing an opportunity to play an instrumental role in our journey right from the first day of opening. The schools' vision is that we equip our pupils for life and offer the best of mainstream and specialist settings, breaking down barriers and ensuring that opportunities are expanded so that they can flourish.In our first year, we will be welcoming up to 77 new pupils across years 7 to 10, in class sizes of no more than 11, and will be opening in temporary accommodation on the former Hurst Park school site in West Molesey. Our brand new, purpose-built facility on Waterside Drive in Walton-on-Thames should be completed in Spring 2025. From September 2025 onwards, our numbers will grow incrementally with intakes into Reception and Year 3 as well as Year 7. All of our pupils will either have a diagnosis of Autism, or identified communication and interaction needs as their primary need on their Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) and will be functioning at broadly age-related expectations.We are looking for an outstanding Business Officer to join Hopescourt School. The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the College’s strategic and key operational objectives by configuring and maintaining business systems, reports, views and data sets. Devising and publishing data, analytics and process solutions the post holder will support the College to access timely business metrics, providing insight-driven decision-making and increased operational performance and efficiency.
The post holder will, as part of a wider team, ensure availability of intelligence and data outputs that support business planning and development, whilst enhancing their own skills in SQL, Power BI and other relevant tools.
