Draft routine responses and ensure that all correspondence is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Act as a key member of the team to support effective communication and stakeholder management both internally and externally. Operate in a highly political and sensitive environment. Communicate information and issues, including briefings and reports to managers and project leads as appropriate. Act as administration lead for all incoming issues to Senior Managers and teams mailbox, dealing with these appropriately and in a timely manner. Act as a filter for incoming calls to the Private Office, relaying messages accurately and promptly and if possible solve simple queries. Where appropriate redirect to other senior staff, proactively seeking information and passing it on as necessary. Answer the main corporate telephone number during office hours, ensuring that calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner and individuals are directed appropriatelyFinancial Management Support budgeting, forecasting and tracking spend of activities; ensuring that appropriate justification exists, and that authorisation has been granted for all expenditure. Supporting the development of business cases for resourcing and project expenditure. Continually strive to deliver business and function outcomes, ensuring value for money and greater efficiency. Contribute to the financial delivery of the service, ensuring it is cost effective and delivered on time. Supply relevant information required for effective financial management. Support the Head of Department and teams by raising purchase orders and checking invoices for payment.People Management Provide specialist training, advice and support on own area of responsibility where necessary. Support training and induction of new and existing staff.Research and Development Undertake surveys or audits as required. Carry out web based and publications research as appropriate. Actively support and contribute to the development of key performance indicators for the successful assessment of performance. Enable processes for sharing learning and outcomes.Mobility Will required attendance at Sirona sites hybrid working consisting of 3 days office working 2 days remote working ( pro rata for part time ). To support senior leader effectively. This role will require the post holder to travel to different bases across areas served by Sirona care & health, including travel across BNSSG.
