Sales Support Executive -Full-time
Pay: From £30,000 - £35,000per year. Negotiable depending on experience level
Shift:
· 8-hour shift, 8:30 am to 4:30pm (Hours subject to change depending on role needs upon date of hire)

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. My client is a growing business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level.

Day To Day Duties:

• Handle inbound / outbound phone activity to assist architects, designers, custom home builders, general contractors, and building material distributors with consultative feedback on their relevant projects
• Provide customers with technical product knowledge and upsell them on our product offerings and end-to-end custom solutions.
• Respond to customers inquiries about their order updates, lead times, and transit times.
• Work through any customer service related issues, such as product issues/damage, unsatisfactory turnaround times, transit damage, etc, all whilst being able to ensure the customer of a positive experience. You may work directly with the sales/production/transit team to identify issues and come up with solutions for the customer.
• Assist the inside sales team in qualifying all of the details of projects and orders and guide customers through the buying process
• Support generating quotes and review drawing documents as needed to finalise orders

Sales Administrator
Monday to Thursday -8.30am -5.15pm Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
1 hour for lunch every day.
Salary £26,000
BASED IN RUGBY

HOLIDAYS:

25 DAYS PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS (3-4 DAYS XMAS SHUTDOWN TO BE TAKEN AS MANDATORY HOLIDAYS)

Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in sales admin/customer service/internal sales for a manufacturer or distributor of different products to lots of customers, being able to cross/up sell while you were talking to them and react quickly and accurately as all orders received by lunchtime that are in stock, go out that day for next day delivery.

Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager under the supervision of the Team Leader. The role involves direct contact with all members of the sales administrator team, field based sales team, other office and warehouse colleagues along with the Directors.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• Being the first point of contact with customer, (telephone calls and emails) offering excellent customer service
• Processing orders/quotations
• Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability etc
• Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary
• Carrying out Telesales campaigns (soft calls to existing customers)
• Daily invoicing
• Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays
• Product knowledge to be gained throughout training
• Point of contact for customers to reinvoice queries.
