Position Overview

Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' goals through inbound and outbound calls to sell our solutions digitally. We work with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market. We develop and transact digital deals whilst also nurturing long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk. In cases where there is more specialised and in-depth discovery required, we continue to collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives as they guide the deal to close.

You will be target-based with fun incentives and a over achievable compensation plan, and you will report into a Digital Sales Manager, South Europe. The role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• You will create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MGLs (Marketing Generated Leads).
• You will create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management.
• You will identify and prospect customers with new business potential and will discover their current pain in order to position our value added solutions.
• You will create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management.
• You will manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration and career development.
• You will qualify and map important partners, business processes and technical requirements on deals.
• You will transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
• You will represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate needs of customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with sales, and a passion for learning!
• Fluent English & native Spanish speaker.
• Portuguese or any other European language would be an advantage.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented individual to strengthen our Barcelona-based Named Account Renewals team.

As a Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Representative you will navigate through complex situations, improve subscription and cloud renewals within Autodesk's largest customer accounts. Our customers are transforming the world with their innovative designs, and we are seeking a team player who can support them in their journey.

Reporting to the Named Account Sales Manager, you'll operate in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment.
• You will document all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• You will submit weekly forecasts to leadership.
• You will establish relationships with IT, procurement, and end-users through regular outbound calls.
• You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategy.
• You will adapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions.
• You will contribute insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk's Named Account Executives.
• You will understand complex ideas to promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of the consumption model.
• You will foster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role.
• Fluency in German (professional level) and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, and Customer Success.

Position Overview

We are hiring sales professionals with natural sales instincts and a willingness to support new business. You will be working with Target Account Sales Executives (in the field) to create new business.

Your main tools will be market intelligence provided to you by Autodesk, Social Media, marketing campaigns and most importantly, motivation to search and find new projects within your assigned territory. You will have the freedom to accomplish and implement your own research with the support and engagement from your manager, and exposure to management across EMEA.

• Manage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to become sales-accepted leads in the Benelux region
• Build and nurture a strategic relationship with +100 accounts in the AEC industry
• Identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers

Position Overview:

The Deal Desk Support Specialist's mandate is to support Sales in their daily business. You will use knowledge of company offerings, and develop a strong understanding of license models, pricing and packaging changes, as well as general purchase transaction policies and exceptions. You will work on contract negotiations with business partners and customers.

• Respond to and resolve internal Sales questions about applicable programs and operations

Qualifications
