Join the team We have a magnificent opportunity for a talented and creative Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to join our high performing and collaborative Marketing team. The Senior Brand Marketing Specialist reports to the Senior Brand and Strategic Partnerships Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving brand consistency across all external and internal touchpoints by ensuring alignment against brand strategy, creative platform, and visual identity. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging above-the-line campaigns, with a particular focus on communicating our low prices and amazing products, our sustainability and community initiatives and our exciting NBL sponsorship. What you’ll be doing Leading the execution of brand marketing activity and initiatives across multiple channels Working with internal teams and agency partners to plan, brief and execute all brand marketing activity across multiple channels (digital, online, TVC, radio, in store) Delivering all internal brand initiatives across internal communications to support consistency to the brand. Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure brand messaging and objectives align seamlessly Improving brand governance and business alignment, championing the role of brand within the business. Collaborating with key internal stakeholders such as Marketing team, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team, Online team, Merchandise team, Customer Insights, and our external agency partners To be successful in this team you will have: Degree in Marketing or related business discipline Articulate and a good presenter to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
