What you'll need to succeed

1. Assist in the maintenance and development of an integrated governance framework for qualityimprovement and innovation in The Life Rooms Social Model of Health.2. Support service improvement and quality improvement projects including the preparation ofcomprehensive project plans and ensuring these are actioned, managed, and evaluatedappropriately.12. Contribute to the development of the Trust quality improvement programmes identifying theactivity required to improve or assure compliance with standards or reviews.24. Oversight in order to report to QIG of all service user feedback in the form of SWEMWBS andoutcome measure ensuring that trends are reported within the SLT reports and external evaluationreports.25. Lead on the review and updating of all Life Rooms documentation; drafting and managing an annualdocument review schedule e.g. business continuity plan, Standard Operating Procedures and TeamCanvas.

- Assisting in the building and wiring of control panels when required
- Attending sites to complete modifications to existing / new panels when required


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need the following:

- City & Guilds-2391 Test & Inspection
- City & Guilds-2382 18th Edition
- Time served electrician/instrument technician
- Experience of testing industrial control panels, on-site installation work, commissioning of systems, instrumentation and control panel wiring
- Knowledge and understanding of 3 phase systems, MCC control panels, PLC systems and schematics drawings.

The difference you will make as a Senior Compliance Officer

You will monitor the delivery of the Mechanical and Electrical Systems function including the management of relevant contracts, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the implementation of an effective risk management approach to compliance within the Group.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• In depth knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems within Social Housing, including government and industry guidance, British standards and building regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations Guidance Note 3 and The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering effective servicing and maintenance contracts to a large and diverse portfolio of mix tenure properties.
• Effective contract management skills including managing service and maintenance contracts.
• Clear understanding of risk management and compliance.
