MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan S1 Teknologi Pangan/ Kimia/ Biologi/ Teknik Industri
• Memiliki pengalaman relevan sebagai Manager QC Industri Makanan
• Memahami sistim managemen mutu FSSC 22000

Bertanggung jawab atas kualitas masing-masing departemen yang meliputi pengujian laboratorium, pemeriksaan bahan baku, inspeksi produk sesuai Standar 

Qualification :

• Minimum education Diploma, Bachelor's degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering
• Have minimal experience. 1 year as QA in manufacturing
• Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3)
• Mastering computer operation (MS. Office)
• Have good communication, conscientious, and hard worker
• Have good analytical thinking
• Able to work in a team, communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in MM2100 area, Cibitung

Duties and responsibilities :

• Able to analyze of internal quality product and customer claim.
• Verification and evaluation of production operator performance.
• Understand of measurement methods and be able to operate measuring instruments.
• Create, review, and manage quality guidance within quality process workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, development, enhancement, innovation, and inspection of processes and work outcomes.

1. Work with certain parties in Manufacturing and Regional Site to develop new product in accordance with regulation Global Regulation and International Toys Safety Regulation Standards.
2. Create quality testing standard method
3. Ensure and maintain company high level reliability on toy development to meet corporate requirement
4. Prepare certification package prior to product release to production
5. Responsible to cover some QC function to support smooth production operation.

2. Melakukan pencatatan terhadap hasil inspeksi

Kualifiksii Kebutuhan Staff Document Control-QC:

- Laki-laki, usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat

- Bersedia bekerja full time senin-kamis pukul 07:20 s/d 16:30 dan jum'at 07:20 s/d 17:00, sabtu minggu hari libur

- Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama

- Mengerti prosedur audit internal dan external ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 dan Sertifikasi perusahaan lainnya.

- Sudah memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 dan ISO lainnya.

- Mahir dalam Document Management System dan Software seperti Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, detail, teliti dan terbiasa bekerja secara individu maupun team

- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan GIIC Blok AA Kota Deltamas-Cikarang Pusat

• S1 Industrial Engineering, S1 Industrial Management preferred
• HSE experience, quality control management, Be able to provide problem solving external claims
• Be able to analyze data on the causes of increase and decrease in production results
• Audit Compliance, ISO audit experience preferred

• Berpengalaman min. 1 tahun diindustri Manufaktur Pangan
• Dapat mengoperasikan alat-alat laboratorium sesuai dengan prosedur
• Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik
• Berpengalaman dalam penerapan ISO 9001;2015, FSSC 22000;2018, SMK3
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Shiftment
• Penempatan Cilegon

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Oil & Gas Engineering design including a minimum 5 years working experience in C&A Engineering design work in onshore and/or offshore oil & gas projects.
• Shall have experience in carrying out Detailed Engineering.
• Shall have a thorough knowledge of the use of codes, standards and practice applicable to API, IEE, and IPF classification, selection of instruments and control/safety/fire and gas systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits of IT systems, processes, and data security measures.
• Work closely with the IT and legal teams to identify and mitigate IT compliance risks.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to integrate governance practices into IT operations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.

• Melakukan repair barang

• Membuat planning produksi
• Membuat pengajuan dan pembelian bahan baku
• Menghitung dan memastikan kebutuhan material produksi
• Memastikan hasil produksi sesuai dengan rencana yang dibuat
• Mengontrol kapasitas produksi
• Menyiapkan dan melakukan inputing data pendukung dalam perencanaan kebutuhan dan stock untuk kebutuhan penyediaan produk perusahaan
• Rutin melakukan stock opname
