About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Streamline complex business strategies and ideas into relevant, meaningful, and engaging messages tailored to the target audience.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of standards that the facility is certified to and that the Quality Management System is modelled after. Maintain certificate requirements and updates.

• Manage Quality budget. Allocate resources, tools and equipment as required for the department.

• Manage Change Control for site; Support Cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Provide training and guidance on approach to changes.

• Holding Management Review meetings as scheduled and following up on improvement actions.

• Manage the facility Internal and Supplier Audit program and participate in ISO, FDA, corporate and customer audits as required.

• Presentation Skills: Be able to train and or present quality information to facility, outside contacts.

• Support process validation and calibration programs and activities for the facility.

• Manage the non-conformance program for the facility. Support non-conformance closure for product and material on hold, facilitating Material Review Boards to determine disposition of nonconforming products.

• Manage Customer Complaints program. Investigate and respond to customer complaints, including facilitating Material Review Boards to determine disposition of nonconforming product.

• Manage and maintain facility CAPA program and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• In conjunction with R&D, Operations and Sales and Marketing, develop specifications and test methods to meet customer, product and internal quality requirements.  This may include writing procedures to carry out requirements.

• Implement and maintain sterilization programs for products, including pre-sterilization and post-sterilization procedures, documentation, review of results and release to inventory.

• Implement and maintain Supplier Performance as it relates to product quality, Supplier Corrective Action and Calibration systems. Conduct Supplier Audits. Coach and train new auditors.

• Manage and maintain the Quality Document Control System for the facility. Manage Artwork files for facility, manage labelling database for all products, including creation in label software and GTIN’s for all finished goods.

• Conduct communication of quality internally and externally on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Provide Quality Metric data, reports as assigned.

• Support Training requirements for facility, conduct Quality orientation, defect training and product awareness. Support training software that houses all electronic training and maintain skills matrices for facility.

• Managing and overseeing all incoming raw material receiving and inspection activities as well as finished product release requirements.

• Ensure Quality record retention requirements are maintained and controlled as outlined in quality procedures.

Direct Reports: Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Engineers, Document Supervisor.

The Quality Manager is the Management Rep for the facility. The Management Representative is responsible for:

• Leading in the development, implementation and maintenance of processes needed for a quality management system that meets all applicable quality system standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the current business.

• Ensuring that the quality management systems requirements are effectively established and maintained.

• Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system.

• Ensuring the promotion and awareness of the regulatory requirements throughout the organization.

• Initiating, recommending or providing solutions for product and quality management system related problems and/or improvements.

• Driving key initiatives and embedding the quality culture.

• Maintaining connections within the organization to identify opportunities for harmonization, alignment and continuous improvement of practices associated to quality management system processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

• 8 – 12 years in engineering or QA preferred. MDR and CMDR experience preferred

• FDA Regulated Industry experience as well as applicable Quality System Standards and Regulations experience

Job Description Summary:

• Responsible for designing and recommending solutions across all cyber areas. Creates solutions that will protect proprietary and confidential data and systems. Leverages in-depth knowledge of cyber environment to investigate, mitigate, and implement processes and procedures to correct intrusions. Conducts proactive cyber risk assessments to identify previously undetected vulnerabilities or intrusions. What You Will Do:

• Provide penetration testing services using a variety of tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify exploitable vulnerabilities in networks and systems while also measuring compliance with organizational security policies, testing whether staff are aware of security issues, and ultimately determining the organization’s risk to cybersecurity threats.
• Perform network mapping and reconnaissance, document Rules of Engagement to guide the scope, develops test plan, and assists with acquiring management approval.  
• External Testing: Conduct a variety of penetration tests based on system’s criticality, test objectives, and organization’s requirements to include:
  • Working with IT personnel to define scope for targeted testing.
  • Mimicking an outside attacker to gain access to system and what information can be accessed.

The Information Assurance (Cybersecurity) employee will be based in San Antonio, TX at 35th IS, Lackland AFB, TX.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Support the cyber security mission of 35th IS information systems (IS) and networks.

• Evaluate cybersecurity compliance of all 35 IS systems against current NIST and DoD Cybersecurity policies as outlined in AFI 17-101, ICD 503, NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53.

• Analyze and advise on the risk and remediation of security issues based on reports from security assessments, vulnerability assessment scanners, patch management tools, and emerging threat information.

• Act as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in managing the A&A packages throughout the system lifecycle, by conducting all periodic reviews, tracking remediation efforts through the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), and uploading and managing Body of Evidence (BoE) documents, scans, and other artifacts in Xacta.

• Assist fellow ISSOs in applying for Certificate-to-Field (CtF) for software.

• Assist other ISSOs in managing the ports, protocols, and services management (PPSM) registrations by performing scans and risk assessments using available tools.

• Support the integration and testing of system level security requirements which may include researching, verifying and documenting cybersecurity controls in order for the systems to be accredited.

• Perform system security scans and vulnerability scans using ACAS, and maintain records of such scans, as required by A&A guidelines.

• Provide routine system-level monitoring, audit reviews, and compliance reporting utilizing Splunk and ACAS for the identification of security relevant external or internal impacts, threats, and policy violations.

POSITION SCOPE

The Warehouse Quality Specialist is accountable for working cross functionally in the application, understanding and compliance of their assigned Quality Systems. The Warehouse Quality Specialist reports to the Warehouse Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and assure the DC maintains a robust, standardized and effective Quality System which aligns with applicable regulatory requirements and Quality Agreements established with business units served.

• Responsible for leading local site implementation of annual Quality Objectives and Key Business Drivers established for DC operations.

• Ensure the DCs’ processes, organization, procedures, and activities are adequate to effectively meet the needs of the US Supply Chain and conform to all applicable regulatory requirements and regional standards.

• Promote a culture of Quality across the local organization that ensures management commitment and understanding of ISO and QSR regulations as they apply to Storage, Distribution and Transportation.

• Assist in the execution of CAPAs and Validations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE:
