As a HR Specialist (Classification) you will:

• Review and classify position descriptions (PDs) for high-impact, precedent -setting positions; write reports of findings; conduct desk audits; and prepare evaluations.
• Establish occupational series career ladders and serve as a resource to top management in classification matters, proposing solutions to resolve controversial, complex and very difficult classification problems.
• Analyze serviced organizations for productivity and efficiency gain, and provide recommendations to management officials on the most effective position/skill mix, work processes, organizational structures.
• Advise on the implication of proposed management decisions with respect to substantive as well as procedural human resource matters.

• You will advise and guide others regarding the inspections process, rules or regulations.
• You will plan and execute command inspections and evaluations to assess operational risk and program compliance to established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• You will evaluate employee performance to identify areas for improvement.

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester

Location: Kirkby in Ashfield
Salary: £36.4K + Bonus (OTE up to £44k)
Working hours: monday to friday 8:30 to 5:30 & 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:30 - 13:00

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

• Carry out servicing, repairs & MOT tests on a variety of vehicles.
• Ensuring all necessary Vehicle Health Checks are completed.
• Ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and that a high level of product quality is maintained.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualified automotive technician
• Qualified MOT Tester
• Minimum 3 years experience as a vehicle technician.
• Full UK driving license.
