This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG), Air Traffic Control Squadron(ATCS). Directly or through subordinate supervisors, the incumbent directs and supervises staff functions affecting a diverse and very complex Air Traffic Control System. Ensures that the squadron meets all wartime combat readiness standards, domestic operations requirements, and provides guidance and direction to the squadron through planning, coordinating, and directing a variety of functions which include airspace management, airfield operations, air traffic control tower and ATC radar operations, and maintenance support for both fixed Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS) and Deployable Airfield Operations Systems (DAOS), to include Quality Assurance, Materiel Control, Maintenance Control, vehicle and powered support equipment maintenance, human resources development and management, information resource management, and logistics plans and programs. The position is responsible for environmental, safety and physical security programs.

This position is located in Air National Guard (ANG) Aviation Wing, Air Traffic Control (ATC) Squadrons. The primary purpose of this position is: to provide tower, radar, and non-radar air traffic control (ATC) services to military and civilian aircraft operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), Special Visual Flight Rules (SVFR), or Visual Flight Rules (VFR). Provides terminal ATC services to aircraft operating from primary and/or secondary airports within delegated airspace. Manages and directs controller actions and functions in Tower and Radar facilities as the primary watch supervisor and/or senior controller.

This Transportation Security Inspector position is located in Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (CLT), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring security compliance of persons and transportation systems and entities regulated under the Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1500 series. You will perform selected assignments and progressively responsible inspection work such as:

• Conducting less complex inspections or portions of more complex inspections.
• Applying basic technical inspection knowledge acquired in formal core training and on-the-job training (OJT), along with any limited experience gained prior to or after such training.
• Conducting regulatory inspections and investigations, and supporting criminal investigations related to alleged or suspected security violations.
• Responding to security incidents, threats, violations, or potential violations.
• Providing overt and covert presence, including high visibility activities, to detect and reduce identified security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Participating in covert and overt test and audits, as well as vulnerability assessments.
• Reviewing and analyzing assessment reports and testing results with specific attention to identifying unusual trends or actions that appear to have the potential for developing a security or safety problem.

• Perform munitions inspections in accordance with the Ammunition Surveillance Procedures Manual.
• Assist with the coordination of in and out shipments, receipts, warehousing, and all movements within the Ammunition Supply Point.

• Responsible for overall management of the tower automation system within the facility, being the primary contact in dealing with the radar facility/FAA organizations and activities in matters dealing with system automation.
• Ensures the Huachuca tower NAS automation system operates in accordance with current FAA configuration management directives, procedures and technical standards.

• Responsible for the security and safety of the facility, barracks, and Soldiers.
• Serves as the Personnel Control Facility and United States Army Garrison 24-hour Information, Knowledge and Support staff duty desk officer in support of 1000 assigned personnel and their families
• Ensures accountability of all personnel assigned to the US Army Personnel Control Facility.
• Escorts military personnel to and from all associated appointments for purposes of release from military service or further processing.

• You will apply comprehensive knowledge of mechanical principles to plan, lay out, and perform work involving disassembly, examination, repair, modification, overhaul, reassembly, test, and troubleshooting of mechanical components.
• You will replace prescribed parts, check dimensions and tolerances of parts to determine serviceability and making corrections as necessary.
• You will perform inspections during removal, repair, fabrication, alteration, overhaul and installation of aircraft parts and components.
• You will use special jigs and tools to work efficiently and reading and interpreting specifications sheets when checking aircraft parts for damage or deterioration.

• Performs Fire Inspections of facilities, grounds and operations to identify and facilitate the correction of violations of fire codes and regulations and other identified fire hazards.
• Conducts inspections of buildings and facilities throughout the installation.
• Assists in reviewing plans for new construction and alteration and extension of existing structures recommending changes and additions to ensure compliance with fire code and regulation requirements.

• Responsible for surveillance of the installation food service contract and military food service operations.
