Job Description

- Responsible to supervise the Quality Assurance Inspectors in carrying out inspection

work from incoming to outgoing

- Ensure that the parts are measured in the proper manner with appropriate equipment

- Coach & monitor the record control (such as, incoming checklist, in-process checklist,

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Production Planning Supervisor.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet.
• Regular interface with Production Manager/Supervisor/Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement.

The role includes managing high-value scrap crushing operations, leading a team of process control analysts, and ensuring compliance through audits and controls. The successful candidate will ensure quality compliance through effective process control, drive process innovation through Kaizen, SGA, and MPC participation, oversee employee refresher training and 6S program compliance, and maintain a focus on TPM control. A strong background in problem-solving, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma certification, and expertise in DMAIC methodology, combined with good organizational skills, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern process operations across warehouse and FG inventory controls, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality compliance.
