  • Your primary responsibility will be on Enterprise product validation for Western Digital SAS/NVMe/NVMe-oF storage enclosures/servers, Interact with engineers within the team and across other teams in the company and coordinate testing activities.
  • To be able to deliver a quality product by performing all the necessary QA job functions.
  • Debug firmware and hardware issues with SSD/HDD, storage products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
  • Produce deliverables by developing, modifying, and executing firmware test plans.
  • Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems.
  • Troubleshoot/isolate issues to root cause, down to the right component in the test ecosystem.
